Papa Murphy’s

Ordered ONLINE at 5:00PM to Be ready at 6:30 PM. Arrived at 6:30 PM. I gave them noticed as soon as I walked, my name and that it had been ordered and should be ready, One employee acknowledged, but only to see others being served while my food was Ready on a SHELF. The employees kept assisting with WALK IN orders. Not one of the 3 bothered to check for the item, UNTILL I AGAIN mentioned. Are they not told to ensure the item is handed immediately to their loyal customers? While I like the product, dismissal of my person, is infuriating.

Ugh. Totally not happy about our recent experience with this location! I grew up in Sherwood and always loved that location — thought the Tualatin location was sure to be a hit, too. Not so much.
First, I ordered online and when my boyfriend went to pick-​up two hours later, they «couldn’t find» our order. Finally found it. Where? I’m not too sure.
Second, they forgot our breadsticks. I know, I could survive without breadsticks, but we paid for them, so we should get them. My boyfriend, which had no idea I ordered breadsticks, got all the way home and had to head back.
Third, they would not accept our «half off one pizza with the purchase of another» because we placed the order online. Well, the coupon did not have an online code, so I was sure they’d be able to honor it in-​store and reimburse us the $ 7 or so we would have saved. But, no. Absolutely ridiculous.
Fourth, one of the pizzas we got looked horrendous. Cheese was uneven, chicken was not dispersed properly, and it just looked awful. It all tastes the same in the end, but have some pride in your work!
I understand that I shouldn’t expect too much from a franchise pizza joint, but for what you pay, I expect more. Guess we’ll stick with Bellagios or Pizzasmith!

Terrible customer service! We ordered our usual and got home and discovered it was not stuffed as ordered. So of course we called back to get the order fixed but the girl working said her manager would call us back in the morning. Now I don’t know about you but I like to have my dinner at night. I didn’t want to wait that long so we called back and asked again about fixing the order so the girl said she’d call her manager and call us back. About 10 mins later she called back and told us that she could remake our pizza and CHARGE US HALF PRICE. Um. No. I just wanted the right pizza to begin with. Then she had the gall to say they don’t make the pizza we always order. They don’t even cook the pizza so would it really be that much trouble to give us the pizza we ordered and always order? Bad bad customer service. Don’t go here unless you want to buy extra pizzas after they screw up your order. Now I have to eat a messed up pizza because it’s too late to cook and we spent all our money on an overpriced pizza that isn’t what we wanted. :(

2. to order my pizza to be ready half hour before they close
3. to call for directions
All three times very friendly and helpful. I came in just about when it closed.
Reordered another pizza a different day still very sweet staff that they sold us on dessert. However I do not recommend the smores pizza, everything else was just great though.

Great location, food and staff. Very professional! You can tell that the new managers (guy and girl) really know what there doing! They always give us coupons and it’s never to long of a wait! Keep it up! !

This is our favorite Friday place, the staff is so friendly and always remember who I am, Britanni takes great care of us and makes an awesome pizza.

The staff couldn’t figure out how to fix things to incorporate my coupon — The prices have gone up a ton & I was not willing to pay regular price for this… Frankly, I wish I would’ve just insisted on getting my money back. I could’ve gotten a pizza half this price that was already baked and/​or delivered to my house. I think I’m all done with Papa Murphy’s after this… I’m done with this one at the very least, which sucks because I’ve been loving their pizza for years & finally living near one again.

Not very flexible when it comes to wanting different toppings on thin crust. Also, a medium pizza doesn’t come thin. And mediums are only a dollar less. This place is a ripoff.

Called to make a pre order and we will hang up on you. That should be there motto Then ignore you when you call back.
The Customer service at this location is horrible. Several times that have closed early refused to answer the phone at 9:45 even though they are open till 10 on Weekends
If you don’t want to do your job properly please quit and have someone that wants a paycheck to do it for you.
Good Pizza bad service

Very bad service. I tried to order online, where you can get a good discount. The website kept telling me to call in, as it would not accept my order online for some reason. I called the store, they put me on hold for over 15 minutes. Hung up, called back, they answered right away? I told them the website is referring me to call in, and I wanted to place my order on the phone and get the online discount. She told me she just had an online order go through, and to try again. I said I just wanted to lce my order, since I had her on the phone. She actually argued with me and said to try it online again! Wow, what poor service. I hung up and ordered Mexican.

Although Papa Murphy’s is polar opposite of my fresh, local, natural foods, non-​chain general guidelines for eating out, I still find myself grabbing a pizza from there a few times a year. Why? It’s quick, easy, cheap, convenient, they provide good customer service, the shops are clean, and it tastes pretty good despite being not so healthy.

I really like the take and bake that Papa Murphy’s does. I like the fact that you can get it pipping hot right out of your own oven. The price is right, there’s always coupons to use to make it even cheaper, and I can get them to make it exactly the way I like it. The manager here is very nice and always seems to have things running smoothly.

On the face of it this chain is almost country-​wide but the corporate headquarters is in Vancouver WA so hopefully profits from 37 states benefit the local economy. Cheaper than the macro chains and less apt to screw things up.
If you can bring yourself to go get it and turn on your stove for 15 minutes this is a good bet.
