I’m rating based on my experience. Food was consistent. But it was obvious the workers did not want to be there or they were not getting along with each other.

Panera Bread is out of bread for the day? Are you serious? We walk in at 8 O’clock, still an hour before they closed, and my wife asked for bread, they told her they are out for the day and that they’re sorry. Okay but its still on the menu, i didn’t see it anywhere that after 8 they stop selling bread… This is the first time this has happened… So go there as long as you’re not looking for bread at Panera Bread.

I’m not sure why thus have three stars. I love Panera bread! I’ve always had good service at this location. I appreciate they let you know how many calories are in everything. Their turkey chili and lemon chicken soup are y favorite. Get an apple on the side and it’s pretty healthy. They also have some great hot sandwiches. I’ve been here at least 20 times and only once have I got something I didn’t like. The service is usually pretty quick. I definitely recommend going here for lunch or dinner if you like a healthy café.

What little food was available was ok. They were out out of a good deal of bread and for a place with bread in the name it’s probably something you don’t want to run out of. When we went to get our food the person behind the counter informed us they were out of a soup that was ordered. My father-in-law asked if there was anything they weren’t out of? The person behind the counter then stated that this was pretty normal that time of night(3 hours before closing time?) And got snotty and said do you want us to substitute it for something or not? You can just get your money back. Super unprofessional, I didn’t see the sign that said you are allowed to talk to your customers like idiots! Running out of most of your food 3 hours before closing time sounds like laziness and not good business. Why have the doors open? Too mess with people? I’ve been to other Panera’s and know for a fact that this is not normal and hopefully management sees this and makes sure to readjust this one so it is more aligned with the rest of the company.

Chain food… I should know better. I’ve been to this Panera three times recently and every single time they’ve screwed up my order. Today was the worst though. I ordered online from their app so it’s all clear what I want. I go in, after hunting for parking for 10 minutes, bypass the line out the door and ask where to find the online orders. A worker points me to the shelf and pulls my bag down. I checked inside for the smaller items to make sure they’re there, fill my cup at the drink machine, and drive 15 min home with 3 people’s lunches. They forgot my son’s sandwich. Curse words galore. The other orders they messed up are just silly lack of attention to the instructions. I know they’re busy at lunchtime, but seriously. Not ok to mess up orders so often. Pay attention to the details, people! While the food is good, it’s not amazing, and it’s not even healthy. And it’s damn expensive for sandwiches and salads!

My mom and I both ordered the turkey BLT-A. Both were awful. I’m not overly picky, but wow. Bread was soggy and bacon was cold. It seemed as if the whole sandwich was frozen, thawed, and sent out on a plate. Almost $ 9 for the worst BLT I’ve ever had. This was my first experience with panera bread.

If you’re looking for a good place to grab a soup, salad, or sandwich, this is a great place! This protein salad is a nice healthy touch on the menu that has lots of carbs! It always smells so delicious inside. Their Togo program has become so much easier! I am a Panera fan and this location never lets me down!

Very disappointing. I ordered a ½ sandwich(panini) and salad and wasn’t pleased with either. I also think almost $ 10 for a small ½ sandwich and salad is too expensive. The panini had an overpowering mustard sauce and the turkey was almost nonexistent. The Cesar salad was very bland and had a drop of dressing and only a tiny amount of chicken on it. I could go almost anywhere else and get a better meal for less money. I won’t be back.

Panera in Nyberg Woods is a filthy place. It smells so bad in the area of the drink machines and where the food is prepared and picked up, I basically lost my appetite. At least it was today at 2:30pm. I stood there wondering how the employees could handle the smell and started looking around at the filthy walls and floors. Didn’t want to imagine the areas I couldn’t see. I then realized the garbages are RIGHT there and was praying for a power washer and some disinfectant. Bad design and bad management in my humble opinion. Finally got my order and ran. Surprisingly, it was good. Though not on the menu, it was a Chicken Caesar Sandwich. Strange presentation for the title but tasty. The bread IS very good there so I’ll give it 2 stars. The rest needs some attention. A couple times before that, my food was bad or mediocre. I’ll try a few things and will stick to what’s good. Cookie for lunch? The new soba bowl was disappointing but edible. The chicken looked fake and the portion was about a third of an authentic noodle bowl. I wouldn’t order it again. One sandwich I ordered just wasn’t edible and I’m not picky. I’m pretty sure it was the Turkey Cranberry Flatbread. Just don’t go there. My advice, stick to the basics at Panera. For some reason people like that place, like my teenage kids. Can’t quite figure it out. I think it’s just a trendy place for people that will pay the high prices and not think too hard about the quality, take the cleanliness for granted, and not question the portion/price relationship. It’s kinda hit or miss. Last word, Lysol.

Gave this location another try and this time we weren’t disappointed. Soba bowl was hot and delicious this time, my friends soup and sandwich was tasty, and the chocolate walnut cookie emmmmmmm!

Food’s good, a little on the spendy side but healthy and satisfying enough, counter staff could be a little more friendly and enthusiastic. Snooty people tend to frequent the place but it’s still far better than fast food any day

So often when you try to be cool, you end up with an uncool result. This is the case at Panera Bread in Tualatin. My daughter and I went their for lunch. We wanted a light lunch and lite is what we got. which is what Panera brags about. We ended up with $ 7 bill each and ½ sandwich with no taste and no panache. I’m so tired of all show and no substance. Rude help because they think they are saving ing the world. But not able to deliver a descent lunch at a reasonable price.

Came here for my spinach artichoke soufflé that I love so much, ordered a smoothie only to hear they were out of bananas after I had paid and waited. The manager was super apologetic, gave me cash refund, cup of tea and cookie! This is outstanding customer service at its best!

Seriously how can you run out of all savory bagels before 11am. It’s meant to be known for its breads. Big fail. And this isn’t the first time this branch has been disappointing. We used to be big fans of Panera but no longer.

I paid $ 40 for $ 10 worth of food. First time here was not really impressed with food portions, I guess this is called forced portion control for overweight house wife’s who are trying to be trendy. All in all inside was nice just not a lot of bang for your buck.

So this is where I popped my Panera bread cherry and omg, I wish we had one of these in Hawaii. Breads are excellent, baked to perfection, very crispy outside and soft in the inside. I am in love with Panera bread.

An adequate place to grab a bite in Tualatin. The food is decent but nothing special. It can be really busy during the lunch rush.

My sis and I had just taken my mom to the doctor and wanted to have lunch with her and knew that Panera was close by and did lunch. Done. The service was extremely good and I don’t want to take anything away from the people who work there. They are good. The food was not. I ordered the Turkey Avocado BLT. Now, maybe it is just me, but BLT’s should be toasted! No, this was cold(not particularly good) white bread(very small). It had cold chunks(not slices) of turkey on it, that kept falling off(because it was not sliced… chunks do not work here). The tomato was flavorless. The avocado chunks were there, but there weren’t enough of them. The bacon was two small slices of something that looks like it came out of the refrigerated section of the supermarket, clearly not cooked on site. Very disappointing. I also got a *free* pastry, because it was my birthday month. I got their version of a monkey muffin because I thought it would be a good, easy-to-split dessert that we could share. But I didn’t like it. It looked great but the taste didn’t match. There was some odd spice that they put it that just didn’t seem to belong there. It was also sort of soft, not pastry-like. My mom had clam chowder, which she liked. And some tortellini. But the portions were incredibly small for the price. My sis had a half sandwich and some soup and she seemed satisfied but certainly not overwhelmed. I will not go back.

I had no idea there was a Panera fairly close to my in-laws house. I should have given a more scrutinizing look at Jen K’s reviews. I was excited because my MIL loves soup(like my husband) and this Panera is close to the PetSmart where the dogs-in-law stay at the«hotel». We have been eating a lot of Panera over the past couple of months since we were without a working kitchen for longer than expected so I know more about Panera than I care to admit. Due to our early timing, I didn’t get to introduce the MIL to the soup, but we did pick up some goodies for our plane ride back to California. I plan on coming to this location next time I come to town-and of course I will bring the MIL with me!
