LGBT friendly. :) Upscale and funky accommodations — we thought based on the pictures that this place would be ‘really old fashioned,’ and while it had immense charm, it wasn’t outdated or odd in the way old B&B’s can sometimes be. Instead, it was tasteful and interesting, with beautiful art, books and movies and games, and interesting corners in our own room and the whole house that made it a unique place to stay. Delicious coffee & snacks 24 hrs a day. A beautiful sunroom to play backgammon in and read a book. All the little touches that make a bed & breakfast a truly *special* place to stay. Came here for my honeymoon, and was impressed through and through. Beautiful house, a beautiful room, and a wonderful set of hosts. Breakfast was outstanding, and the cook catered to my vegetarian hubby and I! The best restaurant in the Cayuga Lake areas is literally a 2 minute walk from the doorstep of this B&B. Be sure to eat at Hazelnut Kitchen in Trumansburg!

We spent 3 lovely days here while on holidays with my in-laws. Very lovely and a cozy place. Spending extra for a steam shower is worth it!

What a lovely Bed and Breakfast! It’s located right off the Main Street of Trumansburg, NY, a quaint small town close to Ithaca and all of the wineries along the Finger Lakes. Bruce is a fantastically friendly host, and his two dogs were adorable. There are only four rooms available in this large mansion that doubles as an Impressionist Art museum. I only wished I was there longer to enjoy the game and living room areas. There were so many amenities and details that really made this place highly recommendable: complimentary snacks and drinks, mini-fridge in room, flat-screen TV, heated bathroom floor(!), marble steam-shower with Bose-speakers inside the shower. They even had current DVDs in their collection to choose from. The Bed was comfortable, but the Breakfast was the best part of this B&B — they serve you a three-course breakfast home-made from their kitchen. If you’re looking to visit the Finger Lakes, I highly recommend staying here, and tell them I sent you!
