A little old-​school level headed customers service goes a long way in my book. The details of my previous review hold true (except now I wouldn’t want them to sell Waterford because it is no longer exclusively cut in Ireland.) And I am giving the additional star because I love a reasonable business person.

I love this shop, it is quaint but the (who I assume is the owner) is very helpful and above all friendly. I never seem to have a problem finding parking.
The shop isn’t cluttered, which I love, compared to other shops that have product practically stacked on top of each other. Easy to browse here.
I also love the shop cat, I didn’t notice it being on the merchandise but if you are that allergic to cats you should consider buying elsewhere?

I always seem to find nice gifts in this shop when I’m visiting family in Albany. The shop does not carry typical Irish leprechaun and shamrock crap made in China. Just nice things made in Ireland with very attentive service to help me choose just the right gift…
