This place is pretty darn bad.
I live on the same block as this Dunkin’. Unfortunately, I’ve had more than enough bad experiences to confirm the rumors: this is probably the worst DD in the capital region. From the nonsensically short hours to the terribly-​prepared food and forgotten orders — it’s all kind of true.
Things that have happened here in the last two months:
–After ordering, on requesting to use the restroom, a disinterested staff member told me that they had lost the key :/​
–ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and an iced coffee with «a little cream»: recieved light tan beverage that tasted mostly like half and half and contained very little coffee… waited 7 minutes for the manager to remind staff to make the sandwich. Got it burnt :(
–got a «black» coffee sweetened.

I’m a regular here. I’ve never had friendlier customer service at a fast food restaurant between all suburban/​rural/​urban areas. Over the past year, every employee has impressed me and it makes me enjoy coming back frequently.

This Dunkin isn’t as bad as the rest of the reviews state… Or maybe I’ve just gotten lucky the few times I’ve come here.
I typically get an iced latte when I come here and it’s always been pretty good.

Terrible, terrible Dunkin Donuts. Watered down coffee, very long waits and terrible customer service make this the Dunkin I would like to nominate for the worst franchise award! I think it was better when it was a vacant building.

The only time I resort to Dunkin Donuts for my coffee is when I’m in a rush and looking for the convenience of a drive-​thru. No more. I would rather go without coffee or be late to get where I’m going than to subject myself to literally throwing away money at this place again. It’s unfortunate because there has been a time or 2 where I was given excellent service and the product was satisfactory. BUT– unfortunately thats a rare occasion, especially at this location! After going there today and simply ordering a large hazelnut coffee, 1 cream no sugar… and getting to work to sip the piping hot coffee only to find that its some kind of sugary concoction of un-​drinkable sewage. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. I say park in their parking lot and walk over to Bruegger’s Bagel’s next door instead.
