Everyone loves Starbucks and they’re always busy. I’ve tried this place out and the service sucked and the coffee wasn’t that great. I will never return. Just a terrible and experience all in all. I will stick to another place for my coffee such as Dunkin doughnuts or Tim Hortons. They lost me forever.

Dear Beaumount Starbucks: I have but one question: Why settle for average when great is available? Regards, Neil NOTES: It’s a Starbucks, so the coffee is excellent and the staff is very good but when it comes to policy, why stray from the norm? How does this make you better? Let me explain my inquiry. I am a strict user of the Starbucks iPhone app and love the little perks I get with it which is why I use it in the first place. Little perks like free refills on regular cups of coffee – all day I might add. Also, the more I purchase from Starbucks, the greater the amount of little perks. For me, it’s all about the little things because the quality coffee market is hyper-competitive. This location will let me pay for my coffee with the app but does not credit my purchase to my Starbucks account or allow me to get a quick refill either. Instead, you have to pay for refills, which is a meager amount of money but still defeats the purpose of the app in general. The employee noted that they were an independent franchise and dictate their own policy. The real reason is that you have a captive audience in hospital visitors who are there for lengthy periods of time and you don’t want to offer them free refills but rather profit from them on every visit. Profitable move, just not a very classy one. Solution: I pass three Starbucks on Rochester Rd. between the I-75 exit and M-59; stop at one of them instead.

After being in rehab om 7 west for 5 days, my recreation therapy nurse made me an outstanding offer. Ron, if you walk with your walker to the 1st floor I will buy you a Starbucks ! Well Ive always been incentive-goal oriented. So I walked the 1,720 feet [ yes the aide had a rolling measuring wheel ] She said job well done & said order what every you’d like. So I ordered a medium caramel frappé with a shot of espresso $ 5.79 This Hospital Lobby Starbucks is always slammed with people &10−18−14 was no exception The drink was very good, but for that price, Id prefer one from McDonald’s for $ 3.29
