I highly recommend this spa it’s great service and staff. Especially if you love la Mer and purchase a lot of their products. You can get a complete facial done by all la Mer products. Which is pretty impressive.

Kelsey is a hair genius. I always strut out of that salon after having her cut and color my hair, because I have come to almost expect the compliments that I receive from strangers EVERY TIME, without fail. She really takes her time and recommends strategies in the best interest of the client.
I am one of those girls that loves dramatic & vibrant hair color. Along with the bright hair color, I love drastic changes too. Most hairstylists will tell you they can do anything you want, without warning you of just how much you are putting your hair through. Kelsey will be honest with you. She will achieve the cut and color you’re looking for and will do so in the best possible way, giving you realistic expectations. And it will come out 10x better than you ever thought it could.
I could rave about Kelsey for hours… But all it takes is one visit (at least that’s all it took for my bride-​to-​be best friend to change hair and makeup artist’s for her wedding).

Do not wasted your time — many more top spa choices in the area! We made an appointment for massages on a Saturday morning. The receptionist brought us into the changing room and did not seem to really know what she was doing. We changed and waited– our appointments were for 10 a.m. and at 10:15 one massage therapist came and asked which one of us was having a massage we told her that we were both scheduled for one at 10 and she said that was not possible because she was the only one there. She told us to wait a minute and came back and said that someone else had been called in. She took my husband and 20 minutes later I decided that I was not going to wait any longer and went to the front desk to tell them that I was leaving. They told me that the massage therapist just arrived and I saw her and it looked like she rolled out of bed and did not look happy to be there. I left!
Saks did call the day before to confirm our appointments and never offered an explanation as to what happened.
