Louis Vuitton, the french designer brand known all over the world. If youre about that booshie stuff. Then you’ll definitely know exactly what im talking about. Wallets, bags, shoes, purses, etc. People know the name, and yes people know it’s expensive. The service here was actually very good. Guy at the entrance was very welcoming. The staff greeted us warmly. And asked us right away if they could be of assistance to anything in the store. I asked them for wallets, since a purse would probably be a little too gay for my taste. The associate showed us a few wallets in stock. One which was really nice that my fiancé’ took to liking. I told the associate i would like to purchase the wallet and we began the transaction. They boxed it up, handed us a certificate of authenticity, and bagged it. I definitely had a great experience shopping here at this very store. The place was neat, it was orderly and a very engaging staff. Thank you LV team, i’ll definitely see you again next time!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service… I was ready to buy today but customer service was beyond horrible and such a turn off. Please don’t treat me like a kid because I decide to touch a bag. Sorry, you lost a sale today. I’d rather go to Neiman Marcus or stick to the Gucci store to buy a purse. I guess you make that much money that you can treat customers so rudely and be stand offish.

Sales associates are pretty hit or miss. The selection is good and quality of the brand is too. I agree with some other reviews saying the associates can be hasty or prejudice. It’s weird how they don’t work on commission yet they act like they only work on commission. Again, this doesn’t describe their whole staff. I’ve had good experiences with Ron and a few others but the rest are nothing special. Louis Vuitton is not that big of a deal. Everyone knows that it a BIG name in fashion but it’s not very innovative. Don’t get me wrong, I love my Damier Graphite Icare, but just because you own Louis Vuitton, it doesn’t make you special, which I feel is how the majority of LV owners think. I believe this also spills into some of the sales associates being stuck-up, which is funny since they most of them make less than $ 20 an hour. I used to love this brand but it has become lackluster. The«exclusive» feeling the company seems to exude is reminiscent of the cool kids in high school; once you grow up, no one cares. One positive thing I will say is almost anything you buy from there is timeless, which is a huge positive. Just take care of what you buy.

A small store but nicely designed. I did couples time of visits and they happen to offer wine sample and cookies to visitors. Purchase experience was ok but not like supper awesome.

This store is awesome. Customer service looked bad as we entered, but luck would have it that we ended up with a great, knowledgeable, friendly, patient saleswoman. She helped my mom look at 11 bags, which required her to go all over the store and pull out bags from God knows where. My mom finally picked one, we purchased it. Awesome part is engraving is included at no extra charge. I’d give it 5 stars but theres never a sale or clearance on lv products. I’d never get anything for myself from here but women tend to love it. Definitely recommend getting a gift from here for anyone special in your mind or soul.

The associates are super attentive and they have a great inventory and selection. I did not care for the sales associate talking down to me a bit but they are pretty glam so I guess that’s just how it is. If you get a bag here, there’s no retuning it period. So make sure it’s what you want!

I was visiting from IN and decided to check this store out. I went to both the stand alone store and the one in Saks. I have never been so disappointed with a customer service experience. I took the card of the woman who«helped» me and will be sending a letter to corporate regarding her major attitude, extreme rudeness, and disgusting state of health as she kept sneezing all over the bag I was thinking of exchanging and spreading her gross germs. I wouldn’t normally care that someone was sick but when you’re ill and come to work in a bad mood, don’t treat your customers like crap because you don’t know how to call in sick. At least take some DayQuil. I will never go back to this store, period.

Big store, good selection! I’ve shopped here a few times, and I used to get ignored or the sales associates give me funny looks, because my hair is blue. The only sales associate who was nice and helped me was Dominique, and now she’s the only one who I’ll have help me. Ask for her, she’s great!

I enjoyed this store because its where I bought my first Louis; however, it’s not the best for service or professionalism. The sales consultants were hasty and pallid. The store has a good selection though.
