Freaky SLOW! Ordered here many times and they are always very slow. I mean a 45 – 60 mins and I stay within a half mile radius. Just unbelievable.

ALWAYS LATE. Every time, no exceptions, they are always late. Over a half an hour AT LEAST to get my food every time. I’ve called and complained, and a lot of the times they’ll just give me my food free, but still require me to pay the deliver charges. I only order because this is the location that delivers to my work. But it’s terrible. Just plain terrible. I’ve even had a pop delivered that looked like someone shook it up without the lid on with liquid dripping down the sides and stuff. I hate this Jimmy John’s, and I hope they know that.

Very disappointing. I decided today to order 2 subs to be delivered ¼ mile down the road. Not only did it take 50 minutes to get it, but the order was completely wrong. This the first, and last time, that I will be ordering from this restaurant.

This location used to be our work go-​to. I will never order from here again. At least the last 5 times they have screwed up my order, today being no exception. I just paid $ 12 (with tax, delivery, and tip) for chips and a beach club (which should have various toppings like tomato and cucumber etc) to which I simply added onions and peppers via my order online. The sandwich has only turkey, cheese, onions, and peppers. I waited 40 mins for their «freaky fast» delivery so I’m not calling or driving up there, I’ll simply speak with my wallet. This will be my last inaccurate and overpriced JJ order.

By no means does this location have freaky fast delivery. I order from here about once a week at work which is one building away from this location, and delivery never takes less than 20 minutes. Another few times my one sandwich took 45 minutes. I don’t understand why because my work is a 5 minute walk from this location.

I work nearby and have ordered from this location a dozen times in the last year. Usually the delivery is «freaky fast». One time recently, I ordered a sub for myself and it arrived in less than 10 minutes!
But they seem to be slipping lately. I ordered a party tray for a work meeting and it took them a full hour to get it here. I called twice to find out the status of my order, both times was told it was «heading out the door now.» I’ve worked in food service making pizzas at a sit down pizza place, so I know how crazy the lunch rush can get and I can sympathize. But considering their company motto and the size/​cost of our order, I would expect someone to call and notify us if there was any kind of delay.
I wasn’t going to give a negative review based on just one occurrence, but today my order of just one sub took 30 minutes. Hopefully some constructive criticism will help this franchise get back on track.

Great sandwiches! Always fresh! Cheap prices for great quality. What more can you ask for?

My colleagues and I have ordered from here a few times and I figured it was time to drop a review down. Delivery can be hit or miss. There are times when we have ordered and had our food in less than 20 minutes and there are times like today when it took 45 minutes. That is not «Freaky Fast» my friends.
As for quality of the food, the bread usually isn’t as fresh as it could be and they always seem to mess something up. For example, my buddy ordered an Italian Night Club and added Hot Peppers to it and instead of Peppers he got extra (and I mean extra) Dijon Mustard. That is a BIG difference. Other times I have bitten in to my sandwich and found Cucumbers on it when it doesn’t come with them initially nor did I add them.
But my biggest gripe and pet peeve though when getting a Delivery order (aside from them no longer coming up to my floor) is that they never, and I mean NEVER give you napkins with your order. Granted I have access to napkins or paper towels at work, they should be slipping a couple in the bag as they are getting ready to head out.
I was verging on giving this a two star rating, but the issues we have had can easily be fixed and do not really warrant that low of a score. I just hope they are going through some growing pains as this is a fairly new location.
