Food is solid, service not so much. They got our order wrong(only two of us and nothing special) and I had to go back to the counter, twice, to fetch our beverages. Used the Groupon which helped.

I always order the West Side Story with corned beef, coleslaw, russian dressing. It never disappoints!

Pastrami. What.

Very mediocre for the money. Turkey in the salad was very dry and the pastrami had zero flavor. Only think that was good was their house dressing.

This food court food is custom made to order. That’s make it extra fresh, not buffet style like the others. They really have reached their goal of providing that deli experience in a small. The food was really good, only took a minute or two for them to make up.

Do you know where the best Ruben is? Inside of the mall. I’ll go here for a Ruben even when I’m not shopping. The service is friendly too :)

I work in the mall and I must say, Stage deli does a really good job. For a food court in general there is never high expectations but Stage never fails to impress. The food is always piping hot, with a large portion size. I have tried a few different meals here and they are inventive and original. Try the classic Cuban or the grilled chicken sandwich. Both very good with plenty of toppings. The food is made to order also, which is a nice change.

This is for the one in the Mall. The one on orchard lake is good. But t this place the ita bread for tuna melt was stale. I took it back and they gave it back on difference bread. With better bread I was able to taste how tasteless the tuna was. I do not recommend getting this when you’re at the mall.

I am not a real picky eater. As long as it’s edible, I’ll give you 2 stars. But we ordered 2 sandwiches, a grilled chicken and a French dip. Both were so over cooked and dry they were inedible. Eat somewhere else.

This is the best food court eatery I have experienced. Fresh and tasty.

Funny that I’ve been to both this location and the full-service restaurant in West Bloomfield, and actually PREFER the food court location. Definitely a smaller menu than the restaurant, but the choices are all really solid. I haven’t tried all the sandwiches, but my favorite is definitely the Corned Beef Reuben with Russian dressing on Jewish Rye. The other good choice is the West Side Story — pastrami on pumpernickel with coleslaw and Swiss Cheese. This sandwich doesn’t come grilled, but I suggest you do because it is SOMUCHTASTIER! As a side note, you can customize your sandwich. The guys there are really flexible and accommodating, so if you want to switch your bread, change a different meat, you can! Don’t hesitate to ask. These guys are really awesome. The Matzo Ball soup is really good, but at times, the broth has been salty, but overall, still very tasty. Compared to the restaurant, the food here is just as good, if not better. You’re saving a good amount of money here, as at the restaurant, you can easily spend about $ 40-$ 50 for 2 people(depending on what you order — sandwiches there typically range from $ 10 and up). If you’re looking for more choices(and believe me, there are a TON of choices on the restaurant menu), then I’d recommend going to the restaurant, but be forewarned, it gets busy pretty quickly for dinner and is quite loud. However, if you’re in need of a tasty and satisfying meal while at the mall, this is definitely the place to stop.

What a pleasant surprise! A super yum pastrami sandwich in a food court. Who would have thought? I am now a believer. This sandwich was out of this world! They even took the time to slice it lean and lean it was!!! The coleslaw was fabulous too. I would probably skip the cucumber salad next time. It wasn’t bad but at the same time nothing really special. Service was wonderful! Everyone was really friendly, especially the young ‘un who handed me my sandwich. Overall it really was a fabulous food court experience!

I go to Stage Deli about 3 – 4 times a week. I love this place! They have great food, good service, and you get a lot of food for your money. As mentioned before, I love the young boy that works there. He always remembers me and is so nice. I would highly recommend this place!

My co-workers and I frequent the food court a few times a week and always seem to end up at Stage Deli. The sandwiches are HUGE and always taste great. Like the other reviewer mentioned, the young boy that works there is adorable and always gives us our side of ranch without us even having to ask. The ONLY downside to Stage is… the pickles. They taste like a musty cabin.

It’s not your typical food court fare. They make good, solid deli sandwiches here. When I’m at the Somerset Collection long enough that I need to refill the tank, this is where I make my pit stop. Oh, and a word to the wise. Don’t try to eat one of these sandwiches in front of someone you’re hoping to impress. They’re huge and messy :)

I was starving so I came to the food court. all the other places had a long long so I came to Stage Deli for a cornbeef and egg sandwich. I didn’t expect it to be good. I didn’t expect it to be anything at all. But it all changed for the better since a chubby 12 year old boy handed me my sandwich: «enjoy!». I thought he was so cute, and he looked just like the sandwich: warm and fulfilling.
