Haagen Dasz customer service department is very nice and cares about their stores and company. After my bad experience they sent me coupons to make up for my the issue and stated they would speak with the owner regarding the milkshake issue. I must say I was surprised but with Haagen Dasz having such a big name and presence they want to make sure they continue to be a top brand ice cream and take any issues seriously. Stopped in here for a quick ice cream the other day during free cone day. Felt VERY weird to just grab a cone and walk away without paying, lol, but free ice cream is free ice cream.
I tried the Cookies ‘n Cream variety and it was delicious. I’ve been to this location before and service is usually fast, it’s located in the food court at Somerset, near the outside of the court.

It’s hard to find an actual Haagen-​Dazs establishment serving up whatever drinkable or eatable treats ready-​made and right into your hands. Well, look no further than the prestigious Somerset Collection Mall in Troy. Easily accessible by most of Detroit’s northern suburbs, this place is nestled in the diverse food court on the 3^rd floor of the North campus of this huge mall. I have had ice creams and shakes that were creamy and delicious beyond verbal expression here. One of my favorites is the Dulce Le Leche shake — infusing the flavors of vanilla and caramel together to bring orgasmic sensations to the taste buds. The employees here are fantastic, friendly, and make the treats with finesse and picture perfect presentation. One of the managers, named John, is always a charm to be served by.
When I am craving a heavily caloric and rich treat at a somewhat premium price tag in the summertime — Haagen-​Dazs comes to mind. Haagen-​Dazs, in my opinion makes the richest, creamiest ice creams, and it’s right up there with Oberweis in taste. Sadly, in these days of saving money — I sometimes have to settle for Baskin Robbins. Boo! Bear in mind you’ll have to park in the structure and navigate in and through the mall to get to this gem.
