Pizza Hut

The worst Pizza Hut. They forget something every single time and when I call back in they don’t answer. I know I shouldn’t expect much from the chain, but they are really bad. I’m just going to start doing carryout at another location.

what a great store! the 257^th troutdale is the best, always great service from this store. today I screw up my order by ordering an extra pizza by mistake. when the driver showed up he didn’t charge me for it and gave me a discount on the other one. can’t beat that. once there was a question about which soda I ordered and the driver brought two different brands and let me select which one I wanted. just can’t get any better service than that.

I ordered a pizza and wings took over an hour. Driver started to complain about GPS I asked him if it was hot and he said yes feel it. Well I saw him get out of his car and feel pizza to see if it was still hot. Fail. The store is less that 5 blocks away. If you want warm carbaord, just order your food here. That was my dinner. I need to be at work at 4 am. The wait for another order is not excepitial. Shame on Pizza Hut.

Twice now I’ve received my pizza cold. I live 5 mins drive away from this Pizza Hut. No I don’t have a car, so I actually rely on the delivery service. Each time I’ve called, no sorry… No wow how is it so cold when you live close just «Ok, well pick up the pizza and give you a refund.» Youd think they would logistically plan out the shorter places first. Terrible Pizza makers. Terrible Management. Terrible planning. Terrible Customer Service. AVOID.

Absolutely horrible experience and we won’t ever be ordering from there again. Pizza arrived literally smashed to one side… it was so poorly cooked that it had literally mushed into one big pile of toppings and dough. When we called to complain I was treated very rudely like there was no care in the world… after asking to speak to a supervisor I was transferred and put on hold with some woman in Kansas who similarly didn’t seem to care. I was forced to wait over an hour for a replacement pizza however I was told we could not eat the other mushy pizza (there were one or two salvageable slices). When the snooty little brat showed up to rudely give me my new pizza (here is all she said… no apology or greeting despite my 6 dollar tip) she told me to keep it.
I will be following up on another day with in store management. I am opening a new store very close to this place in the next couple weeks… there would have been weekly business for this pizza place if it had not been for this experience. They just cost themselves a very important customer. Shows how important it is to treat every customer right… they have no idea what they just cost themselves in future business, my industry buys pizza for staff and customers regularly and we are going to be only a few doors down. Hopefully everyone they see papa johns show up for delivery they know why.

The customer service is extremely disappointing. I was in the store for more than 10 minutes before I was greater. I like their pastas, but I’d much rather go somewhere else with better service.

They lost my pizza.
I arrived early to pick up the pizza order I’d placed online. Oops, too early, but at least my name was in the queue and they had visual confirmation on the pizza in the oven. I come back on 10 minutes or so, and the pizza is nowhere to be found. The crew are baffled. The little monitor says my pizza is ready.
While they were very sweet and tried to be helpful by offering me free soda, or credit towards a future pizza instead of this one, or making me another… I was hungry, annoyed, and ready to just get back home (which was a twisty drive through country back roads) instead of waiting yet another 20 minutes.
So, sadly, no pizza. Thus ends my first – and likely last – attempt at ordering Pizza Hut in years and years.
