The Bass Show Outlet has a generally wonderful clearance jewelry section where prices can be up to 90% off. Good savings there.
They often also have decent sales on their shoes. Recently they had a Buy 1, Get 2 sale, but it should be noted that the one you buy is originally priced, so generally over $ 100.
They have a rewards program which is worth signing up for.
