OMG! I went to Maidenform for a first time and the customer service was fantastic. They came to greet me with such enthusiasm that made me feel comfortable to be there. Now, we(myself included) know that bra shopping is tiresome and an unappealing experience. However, this experience at Maindfrom will make me want to come back. They told me their sale deals and offered to measure me. Which I gladly excepted and found out that I have been wearing the wrong size. The ladies also asked what style bra I would like and when I told them, they lead me and showed where the styles were at. They even got me the right size bra, so that I wasn’t trying to find it myself. The ladies are very team oriented, because it was very busy when I was there and I was amazed by how they worked together and were able to help the other customers. I will be returning to Maidenform for bras and panties from now on.

**RANTISCOMING** I went in last Saturday night maybe an hour before closing and asked to be sized, neither of the girls looked interested in doing it. They looked at each other before deciding who was to do it then finally one lead me into the fitting room and proceeded to measure me. She assisted me half assed and then told me I was a G cup I have never been more than a C. She told me to go to Hanes because they did not carry my size. I went to Hanes and was told that yes I am in fact a C. I work in retail and I can’t remember ever treating someone so rudely even if it had been 1 minute till closing !!! All customers require the same amount of courtesy I will not be coming back to maiden form if that’s how they treat their customers.
