Excellent service today! I wish I would have caught our server’s name to give her props! Guacamole was surprisingly good for an American Restaurant! Wings were a bit dry and slightly overcooked or maybe had just been sitting under a warmer to long? All of the staff was actually awesome! The restaurant was pretty slow as we were there at around 2pm between regular meal times. Our 8 year old accidentally knocked over my husband’s soda(into his lap hehehehe) and it went EVERYWHERE! I’m talking the table, seats, floor, wall… EVERYWHERE! Several servers, the bus girl and even the bar tender were there immediately with towels and napkins and helping us clean up and even tried to cheer up our daughter who, was extremely embarrassed. Cool atmosphere as well!

It was ok, nothing to exciting. The location in Charleston, wv is on another level alone. This location lacks a caring staff and the food is microwave worthy. I stopped in because I always see the parking lot packed. It must be the beer or the cheap cold wing buffet they set out.

I will have to say that I am very disappointed in my visit to this store. I have been to several QSL stores. While traveling to Pittsburgh I needed dinner and got off the highway with intentions of good wings. Upon entering there was a sign to see hostess for seating. I wasn’t sure where to find said hostess. There was a girl at the counter not interested in my standing there so I told her one please. In her unpleasant way she said follow me. I was seated at a table in the middle of the dinning room. I looked at the menu for about six minutes while waiting to be greeted or a beverage order taken. After about three more minutes and a blonde waitress going to all the tables around me, I finally got up and left. I couldn’t even find someone to ask for a waitress. On my way out I told the hostess I was leaving because I couldn’t get anyone to wait on me. Off to Primanti Brothers I went. So sorry I didn’t get wings. Poor service.

I sat down by myself at a table today and waited as I watched people come in the door and greeted by their server almost as soon as they sat down. I waited a little over 10 minutes and I finally decided to get up and leave. There are more options to eat around here. Customer service like this and you’ll be closing your doors!

This place didn’t live up to the hype. Yesterday my family & I had dinner here after visiting Cabela’s. I ordered chicken strips, fries, & cinnamon apples. The chicken was more like rubbery chicken jerky. The fries were okay, but had a peculiar sweet taste to them(not good). We also split appetizers of fried pickles & fried mozzarella. I didn’t have the pickles as I don’t typically care for them, but hubby & sons thought they were good. I did enjoy the mozzarella & quite frankly it was the best part of the meal. I should’ve quit at appetizers. However, our waitress was nice & attentive, so for that reason I will give 3 stars to what was more like 2 star food.

I’ve only ever visited this chain for the wings which are good. The best deal is the lunch buffet which not all their locations have where you can order samples of any flavor you want fresh from the kitchen. AYCE.

Americana in a restaurant. This chain is mostly built on the strength and variety of its wings, which are no doubt superior to Buffalo Wild Wings in almost every way. Decent sized, dripping in sauce, and literally served in buckets. The restaurant has goofy stuff all over the walls, a strong automobile theme, TVs everywhere, and music pumping through between the rooms and the oversized central bar. Our party enjoyed the nachos as an appetizer and loved the caramel apple dessert nachos after wings all of listed-medium heat, but lacking in punch.

Nachos didn’t have Hardly any cheese & the rest of the ingredients on it didn’t impress & the waitress wasn’t very friendly or attentive!

Three is not the charm here. First of my stops were on two Thursdays before dinner hours and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Today I stopped on Monday night after the dinner hours. What a horrible difference. I ordered exactly the same sirloin steak dinner with the shrimp and two sides. Steak was a bit more than medium rare but not quite medium enough to complain. Shrimp was rubbery. Servings of the sides, fries and onion rings skimpy and rubbery too. Clearly they had what they served me prepared long before I arrived and zapped it warm if I ever come back it will only be early. When I stop here I’m on the road. Eating quick. But microwaved food won’t stay warm long. Shame on the management of this usually satisfactory chain.

His(the boyfriend, my honey, honey bun, etc… lol) had the Sprinster wings topped with Thai’R’Cracker and he was impressed. He’s a carnivore so it worked! Lol All and All the décor was cuuuuute. race car stuff everywhere and I like the menu cute little car puns everywhere!

Speedy service, always a smile and a warm meal in a short while. Again, another oilfield haven. Wings and and sauces are great, and the Asian rice bowl is a healthy meal. Again the tea is great and refillable.

When traveling, I tend to avoid the chain restaurants. I mean, I can get to the majority of them in ten to fifteen minutes from my house. Since I was driving from southwest Indiana back to Lancaster, Pa today, sometimes ya just can’t help it. Stopping at the Cabela’s a little after the lunch hour, I saw the Steak and Lube. Since I have not been to one of these yet, I thought I’d give it a shot. It was a nice day, so outdoor seating was a nice switch from being indoors. I ordered the BBQ cheesesteak and chips with their own root beer. The cheesesteak was tasty, with onion rings in the sandwich and a BBQ sauce that wasn’t too sugary or too smoky. The homemade chips were thick and crunchy, good for scooping up the runaway bits of steak escaping from the bun. The root beer was very nice, with a hint of vanilla(oh my word, doesn’t THAT sound pretentious!). I do believe that I will frequent this chain again, especially since it is not one is not near my house.

Best Wings USA? Nah. We really liked the décor, and the wait staff was very attentive, but as some others have said, nothing to set the food apart from a BWW or any other chain restaurant.

This is not a fair review because I do not like wings! I was going with people who LOVE wings and decided to make the best of it because of the group. The wings got rave reviews but I had the potato soup which could pass for wallpaper glue. Another person got a flatbread pizza which resembled a lean cuisine pizza entrée. They need to do a better job with food for non wing eaters!

A fun place to go. I really like Bike Night. The food is three star, the draft beers are five star. Standard food and quick service. The wings are ok, nothing special. If you want great tasting smoked wings in Wheeling, you must try Uncle Pete’s on the river. I have always had a good time here, just that the food is nothing more that average.

I’ve been here a handful of times, and usually get the Hot Mess Queso Burger. It’s pretty good, but not exactly healthy! Also, I’ve ordered a different cocktail each visit — and they’ve been consistently too sweet. This is a good place to go if you’re craving wings and the only other option in town is B-Dubs.

I went to the restaurant today and got the buffet for $ 8.59 when I saw the usual wings with potato skins. I grabbed a few wings and got the last potato skin. I expected more to be brought out. When it was replaced with chips I asked the manager for more potato skins. He said they cut all they had in the morning and go until they run out which was around 12:15PM. He was not very friendly and should have replaced them with Fries or onion rings. The other items on the buffet were a disappointment(meat loaf, whipped potatoes and Shepperds pie). I later noticed today was 50 cent wing Thursday. If I knew that I would have just ordered off the menu. Salad bar was below average and the deserts were a joke. Net result very disappointed with overpriced lunch and horrible customer service. The wings were not as good as I last remember. BW3 is a zillion times better for wings! Place was packed. Waitress(bartender) was friendly but had too many tables.

Wings are Wings and a Quaker Steak is a Quaker Steak, but our experience here was very pleasant! This location was very clean(bathrooms included) and our server(a young dude named«Andrew» was a very good server with a great personality! We would def stop back in here! PROS: Clean dining area; Clean restrooms; Very nice server; Food was piping hot(wings included); They added some dry wings to the menu which were really tasty! CONS: it’s just Quaker Steak/Bar food, but it is what it is! Recommendations: The Tex Mex Ranch Dry Wings – very tasty!
