McDonald’s

I’m sorry but I have to disagree with both of the other reviews as of now. The service was great, the seating area, drink area, and bathrooms were all clean and well kept. As we pulled in a large tour bus was about 50% served and they just kept on trucking.
Every place has it’s good days and its bad. Maybe I got lucky or maybe they’re reading these other posts and making corrections. We’d be back.

It’s McDonalds so I’m even giving it a 1 by McDonalds standards. The service was terrible, I stopped for breakfast on a trip from Pittsburgh to Columbus and the wait was long and server was unpleasant.

When we walked in, the first thing that I noticed was that the drink/​condiment station was absolutely FILTHY!!!
Spilled ketchup all over the place;
Drink lids, straw papers and napkins were everywhere;
and the entire counter was covered with soda spills.
We then stood (with no one in line in front of us) at the counter for 10 minutes and were never even acknowledged by anyone!
We never even got so much as an «Someone will be right with you!»
Most of the staff was tending to the drive-​thru orders/​window…
Two other people were fixing (I think it was) the milkshake machine…
…and they never even knew that we existed!
We left.
We left our truck in their lot and walked across the way to Wendy’s.
Thanks for the free parking.
