I would love to comment on the food, but the website is a nightmare and navigating the menu online is no longer worth my time. I guess they are so busy with damage control secondary to all of the the poisonings that they forgot that patrons like to see a full menu online. With respect, make your menu easy to download and maybe I’ll try again someday.

Unfortunately I have to rate this place 2 stars because my daughter got severe food poisoning within hours of eating the chicken there. :(I love Chipotle in general, but after this incident, I will no longer be enjoying their food.

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, The past two times I came here they were out of fajitas hot salsa and lettuce, not only that the only two people that were working on the line were rude and seemed like being there was the most horrible thing in the world, I was trying to be nice but they seem like even asking what I wanted was painful for them, then I asked for a discount seeing that they don’t have three major things I eat with every bite and she looked at me like I was stupid and through the bag towards me… Wow last time I eating there!

This is the third time I have gone to Chipotle in Trevose and the 3rd time I left without buying a thing. The few workers are grossly overwhelmed with the demand of the store and it shows. When the line is wrapped around almost to the bathrooms, you will be waiting no less than 45 minutes. My family of 4 left immediately as well as the 2 families in front of us. Hire some more people.

I visited around 5pm on a Sunday and the line was so crazy. But the yummy chicken bowl was worth it! Fresh yummy goodness.

We always order online beforehand when ordering from this chipotle. ALWAYS have to wait longer than the customers waiting in the regular line. the employees never so much as glance at us. very poor customer service. and i always get sick from the food as well!

First the service folks on the line were so, so slow.; Long, long line, no one eating. Then the white rice was hard and undercooked. The proportions of ingredients was off also. Then whatever music they were playing was not very inviting. Overall, a not so great experience; Not your average Chipotle.

Ive been there tons of times it was great. Im not sure what happened. Everytime my wife gets food from here they short her on items like meat one teaspoon of meet in a taco for instance thats unacceptable. My burrito was short on steak and when I asked for sour cream they put one cup of sour cream on it. California Tortilla is a little further away I will go there from now on or untill they fix it. Oh we ordered chips and salsa with our meal the chips tasted foul and were soggy seriously you cant even get chips right.

Ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, hit salsa cheese lettuce double chicken and guac. Picked up white rice, no beans, no corn, single undercooked chick, cheese and lettuce. Wasted $ 11 on something I threw in the trash.

I’ve never had chipotle before this experience. I got a bowl and I also got a 2 foot long black hair two bites in. I would have preferred my money back seeing as I won’t come back because that is simply revolting. Instead they tried giving me gift cards or to remake it. Ew. No thanks. Awful first impression. *I would recommend them wearing hair nets or their hair back in a bun, which they werent… pure carelessness

This is a pretty busy location but conveniently located just about a minute from the turnpike. They sometimes have a bit of a line, but their staff works hard and moves through it pretty fast. The burritos and food here is reasonably priced, and of very high quality. Chipotle is known for using free range meat, which is nice to know you are chomping into a previously tortured animal.

This is the best Chipotle I have ever been to. The employees are friendly and nice. They actually give you a good portion of food and the prices are cheaper than the Chipotle in Princeton. There is always chicken and steak cooking on their grill which tells you they have fresh food that doesn’t sit around all day. Never had any issues with coming here and we eat at Chipotle about 3 times a week… We try to come to this location but sometimes can’t and are forced to go to the one in Priceton. 5 stars! Just wish the lines wouldn’t be out the door every time ;)

Food is gopd of course. My only complaint is when I order ahead of time online I shouldn’t have to come in & wait an additional 20min bc my food is not ready. whats the point of ordering ahead I could have just waited in the long line. I was here 2days ago they ran out of sour cream & forks. yes forks we had to eat our salads w/spoons like it was soup. They are in the area where it is a walmart they could have easily went there & brought some. Other than the long lines, non stocks, & small seating area which probably all locations have its fine

I have gone to this Chipotle a few times. There’s always a line, but they get through it ok. Other reviewers complained about bad service and their orders getting screwed up, luckily I haven’t experienced that. I did want a carnitas burrito yesterday, but there was a sign on the door that there was no carnitas. I was disappointed, but it happens. Overall, it’s still way better than going to Taco Bell.

Very inefficient, no matter what time you go there is always a line. Cashier system slows things down so much that you can’t go without waiting to 15 – 20 minutes before you even get through the line. Love their fast food approach to Tex-Mex. But not gonna wait in the line over and over

Love Chipotle! This place consistently has a huge line. 34 people in front of me this trip. Ironically not one person left. We all just stood there like feins waiting for our fix. I feel bad for people that are not familiar with the Chipolte Order process. The person in front of me was a first time customer and stated that. The people behind the counter paid no attention to that and tried to push him through without explaining the options. Had almost the ‘you must order the Philly cheesesteak correctly’ feel to it. Fortunately I got my regular order down pat so no issues for me. Ingredients were fresh! Even with the packed like I heard the line workers calling out time check and swapping out and filling meats and veggie items. Very impressive process. I do wish I could get my soda earlier. Standing in line waiting on all this people can make a girl grow thirsty! Lines and all, I’ll be back!

Service is usually pleasant, and I haven’t had a problem at this location until I had to pick up an online order. The waiting in this location sucks. They really need a designated area, but it’s small so I get it, but it still isn’t ideal. However, had to order online and obviously couldn’t check my order til opening the burrito and bowl… and my bowl was not to order at all. Steak was so dried up it was chewy and looked like chicken and they left out 3 of my ingredients. And to top it off, I felt like crap later that night after eating it. I don’t care if it was because it was cinco de mayo and busy… it sucked that day :( I’ll never order online again — in person or bust.

This may be a three-star Chipotle location, but compared to the Red Robins, McDonalds, and Cracker Barrel abominations in the vicinity let’s bump it up a star, shall wee? The food is consistently good for a Chipotle, and they have all the ingredients available, no need to worry about a dearth of sofritas, etc. I have found the ingredients fresh, no wilted lettuce or brown avocado, and as usual you can see them cooking up the chicken on the grill. The staff is friendly, especially the day manager, and there is a positive energy to the place. A few caveats are in order, this space is loud. Think communal dining in an upscale cafeteria in terms of decibels! There tends to be a line around lunch, but that’s a good sign, and the orders move fast. I don’t like that not only the kitchen is exposed, but rather some of the storage space is in view. I don’t care to see boxes upon boxes of cartons, cups, and other assorted detritus. Finally, there is an outdoor seating area, but considering the view is of a parking lot and a wall blocking the adjacent McDonalds, I’d as much rather eat inside and people watch.

Let me start this off my saying that I would eat at this chipotle twice a week. Not anymore! First the lines are ridiculous! It was never like this and now every time I show up there is a 10 – 15 wait and the line is out the door! Meanwhile you have 10 employees back there and only 3 making food. Okay so I went as I always do this past Friday, the line again trough the door. I needed my burrito so I waited as usual. I get up to the line and order my food. I order white rice with my burrito and I’m told they were out. I looked at the lady like how are you out of rice? This is a Mexican restaurant with the line out the door. So anyway I had to have brown rice, no biggie. I continue my order and toward at the end, the employee, Kate or Katie, puts a hole in my burrito. She says holding it up, is this ok? I looked at her like she had 3 heads and asked her if she would eat that. I asked her if she could rewrap it. She did but not how i asked. All she did was complain about how hot it was and double wrapped the burrito. Also $ 2.00 charge for guac and I barely got any. It was terrible! It was so thick and I could not eat it. My daughter had a chicken quesadilla, I not even kidding when I say it was raw. The cheese wasn’t melted! We had our order to go, so I didn’t notice until we got home. I will not be returning! Pros — chipotle is a chain, go to the next one and avoid trevose location — decent food when prepared correctly Cons — raw food — long lines — never anywhere to eat in — portions are getting smaller
