There are several of these older style 7⁄11 convenience stores in this part of Hamilton, New Jersey. They are much smaller than the newer ones, and many come with less than enough parking (Thank the town fathers for that wink and nod to zoning).
Still, the coffee is hot and fresh, the coolers are loaded with every conceivable canned or bottled beverage, and the snack aisle burgeons with sweets enough for the grandest confectionphile. Service is also friendly. The place is fairly clean.
It is what it should be; a waystation on the highroads of life.
