I am one of the medical assistants at this clinic and in our defense when people walk into our facility with no appointment… I mean duh your going to wait? Its like were suppose to bend over backwards getting these people in when we have patients that been having appointments for weeks? Companies send in there employees with no appointments and these people need to have so many things that they need to do before starting the job that takes one MA away from calling in patients for about 30 – 45 mins? So yes there will be a long wait time? That’s expected? I just don’t understand what people think when they walk in to a busy facility with no appointment? And there’s people that came before them? I mean I can sit here and tell everyone how many RUDE PATIENTS I have had to deal with… but I won’t…and yes we do drug screens and there are rules that the collector have to follow. If you do not provide enough or you give us a specimen that is not meeting temp requirements you will be waiting? But I will tell you we always catch a lot of people trying to give us fake specimens… do we want these type of people having jobs? No of course not so we will do what we have to do. Its easy ladies and gentlemen… don’t do drugs… give us real urine. Drug screen done… make an appointment… We bring u in fast… boom its that easy. So not necessary to talk all kinds of crap when no one is telling the real story. We take care of all our patients and make them feel like there important!!!

I gave this clinic the benefit of the doubt and what a great experience. Professional staff, luckily no wait for me this time. Ruby got me in and out for my drug screening for preemployment. Based on my experience, the service is superb! Keep it up.

I agree with Zombified. This place is totally uncooperative and like no other facility I’ve ever tested at before. There is no ability to schedule an appt., so you go in there and wait. I waited over 30 minutes, gave my sample and they said the quantity was insufficient. They apparently require almost two full specimen cups! I was told the same thing as Zombified, can’t leave OR reschedule. I understand not being able to leave, but why on Earth can’t you reschedule? That makes no sense whatsoever. Furthermore, I am a somewhat older gentleman with some health issues that impact on my ability to produce a specimen on demand. No consideration for that. Instead you are made to feel like you’re trying to pull something over on them. As I said, I’ve tested many places before and have never encountered this problem and I would say I rendered approximately the same volume of specimen. Maybe this clinic needs to update their equipment so they don’t require such a large volume of specimen. Crazy. If you have the choice, go to Quest Labs. Much smoother operation AND you can schedule an appt.

I had to do a drug test here for a new job. What usually takes 20 minutes took me 3 hours. The doctor said my first sample wasn’t enough, but that if I left the building to get water from my car, I’d fail the test. If I tried to reschedule it, instant fail. They only offered me an old drinking fountain behind a locked door. I was agitated that they wouldn’t work with me at all, and I suppose due to my agitation, the doctor decided to «lose» my urine sample… causing me to need to retest in order to start my job. I refused to go to this clinic again so now I will have to drive to Pleasanton to do another drug test. Can we say «unprofessional»?? At least they didn’t tamper with it and cause a false positive. To those who work here: you’re going to get sued by somebody if you keep this kind of behavior up.
