When you shop and spend money for quality sunglasses you expect quality service in return. The past visits I have gone in and given my information and they look up past purchases. I felt no need to keep records for this reason Until my Prada aviators were scratched and I wanted to replace them with the same and use the discounted in a year price. Now they cannot find me. Funny. Such poor pathetic service to a customer that is loyal and spends a lot of money there. Convenient for them. I find it disgusting

Dave review: Went in today on a whim to check out new sunglasses since my current pair are pretty raggedy. The store manager, Dawnna, was there to greet me while she was working with another customer. I poked around and after a minute or so she was able to help me personally. I must have had her pull out 15 frames. She was extremely knowledgeable on all of the products and answered all of my questions, including the odd/dorky ones like, «What is the difference between the material of this lens vs that lens?» The prices looked like MSRP prices for the items that I compared to the product websites.
