My sister, niece, mother, step father, and I have been coming to the Tracy office for several years. We have been happy with the service. The only thing is the Dr. is in the Tracy office only on Mondays, so we just make Monday appointments, not a big deal to us. I will be starting my grandson here soon. My entire family is happy with the service received and we all think highly of Dr. Dang.

Absolutely the best dermatologist we have been too. Both my teenagers go here and are very comfortable. My kids are on the quiet side and the doctor takes her time to talk with them and make sure they understand everything. We have been going for about 6 months now with no complaints.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I set up an initial appointment, received a letter in the mail confirming the date, time and location of the appointment (since they have 2 offices), and then showed up for the appointment. The door was locked and no one was there. I called the office, and the receptionist told me I must be wrong, because they had me scheduled in the other office. I told her I had the paper showing this office, and she didn’t believe me. She insisted they called me and told me of the appointment two days before, but I said I never got a call, and she said I was «wrong.» I asked if they could schedule me again, and they couldn’t accommodate me. So then I took a picture of the letter they sent me and emailed it to the office manager to show that I wasn’t making this up, and explained the situation, and asked if there was any way they could fit me into the schedule. That was at 11:30 am. At 4:30 I called to see if she received my email. The receptionist said the office manager went home, but she got the email. I then tried to ask her some questions, but she said, «Look, sir, she got the email. If she decides to email you back she will.» And when I tried to ask more questions, she just cut me off and kept repeating that if the office manager wanted to email me she would. I never told this receptionist who I was, just that I sent the lady an email. I guess I’ll be looking for a new doctor. By far the rudest, least friendly, least accommodating staff I’ve ever encountered.

Love the doctor and the staff are all really nice! My teenage daughter looks forward to each of her visits… I highly recommend this office!

I have never been so disappointed with a doctor’s service. Dr Minh mis diagnosed me and that cost extra money and mainly pain. After the 4^th visit I decided to let her go. Obviously, I do not recommend her services at all to anyone.

My husband and I both went to see Nicole, Dr. Dang’s PA for skin issues. She removed a pre-​cancer area from my back and an infected cyst from my husband’s back. There were no complications and the issues were resolved. We were also in and out in a timely manner and did not feel rushed when seeing the PA.

My son and mother have both been patients with Minh Dang Dermatology.
My son has teenage acne and they have set him up on a program to take control. The Physician Assistant, Nicole Samaniego has been patient in explaining the process and providing excellent care. We are seeing slow but steady progress.
My Mom had skin cancer and Dr Minh Dang did the procedure on her, the scare is barely noticeable and it healed very nicely with no complications.

Dr. Wandisan recommended Dr. Dang and I am very satisfied with the services she provided. When she started me on a new skin regimen, my complextion has not looked this great in a very long time. I even changed my daughter over to Dr. Dang. The staff is always so friendly, informative and helpful too.

I was encouraged by a spa in my town of Tracy to see Dr. Dang and have her look at some of the places on my skin that looked questionable. And for my own piece of mind I took their advice. I was pleasantly surprised when I got into the office, the staff was very helpful, and very polite. I didn’t have much of a wait before meeting the Doctor, what a nice lady. She checked my entire skin and answered every question I had, and thankfully everything was just fine. For every cosmetic question, she had a specialized person come into the room and address all of the procedures and each of them where very knowledgeable, and thorough. Now that I have the knowledge I can make informed decisions on skin care regimens and the latest procedures. I highly recommend that if you have skin questions you too come to see Doctor Dang, and her helpful staff.
