Come in (on Father’s Day) to order Togo, so we don’t have to deal with lines and ensuing wait times.
Order from a woman named Alexis F. Seems new.
Place our orders, pay, no problem. But then she passes off the receipt to some guy to pass on to the chef’s and says «Oh, don’t forget to let them know that it’s Togo.»
Long story short, we waited for an hour to receive our order, which seems like a long wait for a Togo order.
Obviously there was a screwup, I dunno if it was because of not having «to-go» stamped on the order or it was the chef’s fault, but the hour wait could’ve definitely been cut down to maybe 40 – 45 if they were more on top of it.

I always enjoy this place with my family not only because kids eat free which is a nice perk but I love my chicken pecan salad. The grilled chicken pecan salad is yummy, the dressing is a little bit sour, with grilled chicken and candied pecans is the perfect combo. The service is OK but what can you really expect. My kids love the mac and cheese and chocolate milk everything.

Food was a bit too greasy for my taste but the pancakes were good as usual. Instead of ordering eggs and bacon i’ll stick with pancakes only. Service wasn’t bad but could have been more attentive.

The 2 stars are for the service today.
Day after thanksgiving. Was a bit busier than other times that we’ve been here, party of 3.
Were seated immediately and received our food pretty quickly. We were only asked once if we needed a coffee pot refill the hour we spent there. My brother never received a refill on his soda, even though our server and others passed our table many times while taking orders and serving them.
We were charged for 4 drinks even though we only had 1 soda and 2 coffees, which they gladly fixed.
Very disappointed on this visit

IHop is a place that you can get a good breakfast, for a reasonable price. Unfortunately, this particular location always seems to be understaffed. However, they seem to manage the tables well. Our server Maribel is always on point, ensuring all of our needs have been met!

I’m from Tracy and I’ve been here plenty of times and every time I come here there are flies everywhere and nowhere near enough staff for how many people they seat. I’ve been in seats by the kitchen and I watch them shove plates of food on top of one another, into a microwave. Staying away for good. The food is not worth it.

The service was acceptable. The coffee taste burnt, and the hash browns were over cooked and super brown and crunchy. Usually ihop coffee is good. A lady at another table agreed with me that the coffee was terrible for an ihop.
I used to live in the big city and I’m used to a high standard of service and quality in my dining experiences. If the city can do it, surely everyone else can.

I eat here often though last Friday morning was even better then I expected. Staff very friendly, food was Great! Had a French toast special that was very good, food came out exactly like I asked and hot. Can’t ask for more then that!

Very good and no waiting. Went on a Sunday morning and wait time was 5 minutes if that. Food was good and staff was friendly. I would definitely come back. Lots of food for a great price. Had the Colorado omelet and the hubby had the biscuits with gravy. Only miss was the coffee, not so good here. I would pass in the future.

I liked this ihop a lot, I went around 8 am. My waiter was super nice & constantly made sure everything was ok at my table & he was fast. I honestly believe this is the best i hop I’ve been 2 in northern ca. My food was on point minus the hash browns which were super hard on one side & i really didn’t like that they had such small glasses for the orange juice.

Met my sister here and took my one year old daughter.
We were seated promptly and given a high hair.
Server was prompt in taking our drink order. She brought a little cup of water for my kid.
They didn’t have cottage cheese that my kid likes, but they had yogurt in a tube and she loves those.
I had chicken fried steak, eggs and pancakes. All were fine
My sister had an omelette and she seemed to like it.
My kid enjoyed her eggs, and barely ate any of her ham.
All around a decent experience pretty clean
They brought the check fast but never came (promptly) to get the card to run.
Server was nice to my daughter.
I may go back.

Came to eat with my family and first we found a hair in the ketchup bottle. Second the bread we got was very under cooked. The hostess informed us that they do not bake the bread so there’s no way it could be cold or doey. She said they toast it. Either way she was pretty much saying we were lying. All we wanted was another piece of toast that was cooked. She said she could give us a discount but that’s not what we were asking for. Just better customer service. We usually come here and not sure what’s happening with the customer service here. Considering finding a different place to eat with the fam. Hostess was not friedly and seemed annoyed at our concerns. I will not disclose who the waitress was. I just hope next time you deliver better customer service.

First visit to this Ihop was on 4÷13÷14 for breakfast. Our server named Berenice was great! She greeted us immediately and gave my boyfriend some recommendations when he was deciding which omelette to order. Berenice was very attentive throughout our visit and always had a smile.
I enjoyed my meal as did my boyfriend– see attached photos.
I like that they have the syrups on the table and that they serve cholula– it’s my favorite! I also like that they give you your own carafe of coffee. Their menu has a nice variety and I like the healthier choices.
The restaurant was clean including the bathroom, service was great and I would/will return.

Our server Greg is pretty good. Greeted us when we walked in and was very friendly:)
I ordered chicken/spinach crêpe topped with hollandaise sauce — yummy! However, I couldn’t finish it… so filling:)
My two kids ordered sweets galore and my mom ordered from the senior menu. Everyone enjoyed their food… emptied their plates pretty good :))
