They are dishonest and will not clean with any integrity. If I hadn’t used my bank card I would have been out the money plus had to redo carpet. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RECD.

They are very thorough and will move your furniture at no extra cost to get every nook and cranny cleaned! I’ve used them for years and had other companies come only to find things not sanitized correctly and spots left behind. They pre treat spots, use pet treatment as needed and your carpets will feel brand new!
I will never use anyone else but them!

I don’t understand why this rating is low either! Delta Steam in amazing!!! I emailed several different places and Delta Steam responded right away. They are professional, informative, and incredibly good! I had so many questions and they answered all of them with detail. They even gave me info I didn’t ask or think to ask. They moved furniture, made suggestions and cleaned in places I didn’t think they would be able to get to. My carpets look great! Marcel and Elizabeth are thorough, true to their word and hard working! They don’t nickel and dime. I’ve had other experience where there’s always additional costs once the cleaners get to my house or spot treatment or stain removal or… you name it. All of that is included! The estimate was right on and they hadn’t even seen my house previously, but they were happy to come give me an estimate in person if I wanted that first. What can I say. I’m a happy customer and I will be calling again. I’ve referred several friends and they have been happy also. Thank you so much!!!

I don’t understand the bad reviews here. I’ve used this company for 3 or 4 years now, and every single time their work has exceeded my expectations.
We have a very slobbery dog that likes to surprise us by vomiting occasionally when someone has snuck her food she shouldn’t have. Of course, despite quite a bit of tile and laminate flooring, she beelines to the carpet to yak. She’s lovable but kind of gross. She spends time licking and chewing her paws when she’s bored. That causes some weird wet spots on the carpet that smell like wet dog.
My kids sometimes eat in their rooms. Once in a while, a mocha goes flying or a slice of pizza lands face down. So, yeah, stains happen in our house. Added to the normal traffic of 5 people and a large dog constantly coming and going, and the fur being shed by our two indoor rabbits, our carpets can get really gross.
I called Delta Steam because a friend recommended them. They’ve always given us good pricing. My husband called a few places to compare. They don’t up sell me on stuff I don’t need, which I really appreciate.
They’re on time, they are efficient, and are honest about what stains are likely to be too set in to completely remove. (Red wine on beige carpet, ugh!!!) They’ve explained how a carpet wears, and why those spots look dirty, even after being cleaned on a regular basis. My carpets aren’t soggy for days afterward, (that’s happened with another service), and they aren’t crunchy when they dry. I just get very clean, soft carpets that smell truly clean, with no chemical smell.
They cleaned a really disgusting chair that had sat outside for weeks with a stray cat marking it. I almost got rid of it, but Delta Steam cleaned it so well, it looks like new.
They’re friendly, efficient, and are always happy to have my business.
Don’t let the bad reviews fool you, these people care about their customers, and do honest work with good quality at a very fair price.

I had them come do my stairs and hallways because my usual guy was booked. My mistake. I get that high traffic comes back and spots would come back over time but they came back within an hour. Contacted next day and was told that it was permanent and it would just always be there. No offer to come take a look or to re do nothing. Very unsatisfied.

Bad customer care and to this day I would not user them again. Ever.

They are Fast and the carpet looked new.

I have gotten my carpets steam cleaned many times and this company did a horrible job and was the most expensive. I am very unhappy with the results. They were so bad that my landlord couldn’t even tell that the carpet had even been done until I showed him the receipt. I only went through them because they were recognized in the paper for one of the best. They made excuses why they wouldn’t be able to make the carpet look new again. I would highly recommend Chemdry. Or if you want get one of the cheap companies off of the pennysaver and they sadly do a little better.

I contacted Delta Steam Carpet Cleaning because of reviews I saw in Unilocal.The person I talked with on the phone was very pleasant and informative. We had everything removed from the two rooms before they got there and vacuumed. It took them exactly 15 minutes to steam both rooms and the hallway. This concerned me especially since there was a dark area visible after they were done. I was told this would lighten after it dried. It did not. I called the next morning, and they said they could come out and try to fix it, but they didn’t think there was much they could do. I used a can of foam cleaner and was able to lighten the area. I realize my carpets aren’t new, but I do believe if they had spent more than 15 minutes steaming them, they would have turned out better.
