UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was supposed to have my carpet cleaning today. I
called 30 minutes prior to the appointment to ask a question and they told me that they couldn’t come because their truck was in the shop. They weren’t even going to call me. I’m moving in 3 days and I booked this a week ago. I’m so pissed!!!

I highly recommend these guys. They were thorough, efficient, and professional. My carpet looks great! The carpet wasn’t soaking wet, dried in a few hours. Enrique text me a couple hours before the appt to verify the address. The price and services were perfect.

Fast, efficient and friendly. You can’t beat his prices. Everybody should use Rivera’s for all their carpet cleaning needs. They came the same day I called. They worked around my schedule even though I was an hour later than the appointment. A phone call and we had rescheduled. They are very polite and courteous.

I used Rivera’s carpet cleaning for hallway and 3 bedrooms of my house. The carpet and hallway and master bedroom has worn out with some stain.
Rivera and his assistant did power cleaning on all area completely and charged very reasonable $ 90.
I will definitely use him for future cleaning.
