Rick Tolbert at Bay Area Wildlife Service is fantastic. My father had another service first and they were a joke. They came over for 5 months using poison. It didn’t work and they were making a monthly check on my dad. Another different service wanted to charge my father a monthly fee plus a fee per trap. They also said he had to pay another fee to dispose of the moles. Finally my dad got a hold of Rick. He had a flat fee and said it would probably take 2 months. He explained why the poison didn’t work and why trapping does. He came back every 2 weeks to check the traps. Hard to believe 1 tiny mole could do all that damage. He caught a mole at the end of the first month. He reset and repositioned the traps trying to see if there were any other moles. He kept coming back until he was sure our yard was clean. Our neighbor also hired him. This was all done on his first quote. No nickel and diming you to death. He could not of been nicer and explained the whole process of why only traps work. I would hire him again in a second. It’s hard to find honest businesses that won’t take advantage of you. Bay Area Wildlife Service is one.

I can’t imagine what we would have done without Rick at Bay Area Wildlife Service. Rick is professional, prompt and efficient. I recommend Rick enthusiastically.
