Sleepy’s

Super nice people but the delivery service is AWEFUL. How does a company miss a 4 hour delivery window by an hour and a half? And doesn’t even take the two minutes needed to call and provide an update. Plus, when you do try to call and find out what’s going on, it’s nearly impossible to get through. So + on the in-​store experience and huge 0’s for the rest.

My fiancé and I went here on 2÷15÷15. We were greeted by Garry who asked us what we were looking for, our sleep habits, positions, and if we had looked at any other mattresses. He then began to give us a little education on mattresses, brands, and how they can change from store to store to store. He had us lay on a few we spoke of before and then took us to some new ones we hadn’t tried.
During the entire time Garry never rushed us, and he want hovering over us either. He sat on a diagonal from us and kept asking us questions, how does it feel, any pressure, what do you think, etc. At the end of it he worked up a price with a deal and really worked with us to get to our price range and get as many of the deals we could.
Garry then asked us about others we saw and the prices. He even told us yes some of have other ones were a little better then what we were looking at. However, the one we were looking at was going to be a floor model. Again Garry was nice to inform us that those do not have a warranty.
That night we couldn’t make a decision and really needed one night to sleep on it. Since it is a big purchase. Even with the president day weekend sales Garry said he would honor the price tomorrow when we could call or come in. Well we made a decision and went in the next day and bought it! Garry was very helpful, honest, educational, etc.

We had a wonderful experience at Sleepy’s on Goucher Blvd in Baltimore, MD. Our salesperson, Lonny, was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. The customer service at this store was outstanding. After one week with our new mattress, we weren’t completed satisfied with the one we had chosen. We returned to the store for an exchange. Lonny immediately went to work to help us find a better fit for our comfort needs. The no hassle, easy exchange made for an exceptional shopping experience. We will absolutely shop here in the future and refer our family and friends. Thank you, Lonny!
