Bought a groupon for eye exam and eyeglasses. They said I had to buy the eyeglasses on the same day, which I was told I could just pay for a pair of eyeglasses and if I didn’t like them I’d have 30 days to return/exchange them. When I went to go pick up the glasses, I wasn’t satisfied with them and they again told me I had 30 days, but recanted minutes later and they said because I used a groupon I couldn’t return or exchange. Just seemed like they didn’t want to lose money or spend anymore time helping me. The reason they told me was because they were going to lose money, which I understand, but that’s clearly not there policy and definitely not what I was told when I ordered them. Now I’ve no choice but to be stuck with something that I HAVE to wear 24⁄7 on my face that I don’t want. Aweful! This business is incompetent. It has taken three weeks to get glasses. Their lab kept sending the WRONG prescription. It took a WEEK for a rush order twice. They are«rushing» another pair. Which means another week wait. It’s ludicrous that glasses take FOUR weeks all said and done. These glasses are for my husband, if they come back wrong again I will be seeking a refund through peepers or my credit card. Save a trip and go else where!!!

I went in with one of those coupons you pay for to get a discount(Groupon? Living Social? can’t remember), and was given to know that with my insurance it would be cheaper not to use it. The optometrist was experienced and knowledgable. The selection of glasses was good, the ladies in the front were competent and all business. At first my glasses were not adjusted properly, but when I returned to get a nose pad replaced, the adjustment was made and I am much happier.
