Fantastic salads, fantastic chicken strips and onion rings, service a bit slow but worth the wait!

This place is not good at all. First with ordering, I clearly asked for my buffalo chicken wrap to be spicy. Maybe if the girl behind the counter was not distracted trying to do other things(i.e. talk to whoever her friend was near the counter), she would’ve gotten that part right; and I said it three times, my receipt still said mild. The side salad I ordered, I asked for tossed salad with asian zing dressing. I had no idea that meant my salad would be drowned in a dressing that was spicier than my wrap was. I ended up throwing away the salad after two bites because it was drowned in this excruciatingly spicy salad dressing… at this point the experience cannot be worse… but wait. The wraps, with grilled chicken, my boyfriend and I agreed, were totally tasteless. Monotone flavors all the way through with no ‘spicy’ to be found. We will not be back to Gino’s. Maybe it’s better if everything is deep fried and unhealthy.

Excellent burgers and milkshakes! Everything is cooked to order! The staff is awesome and very helpful. We called in advance for pickup and everything was conveniently ready for us when we arrived. Love this place!

As a student, I love Gino’s half price Tuesdays if you show your student ID. Milkshakes and boneless buffalo wings are my favorite, both with lots of options to choose from. Only downside is that the salads are never fresh, with lettuce always brown and vegetables wilted.

This place is somewhere in between McDonald’s and Five Guys. The burgers are small like a fast food place. The service is great and the place is clean. They have ton of milkshakes. Everything is okay, just a little too expensive for what you get.

Really big fan of clean spaces, quick service and good food Gino’s keeps giving. 10% off when you check in on Unilocal doesnt hurt anyways. Favorite is the Western. I was just expecting the traditional cheddar, bacon, onion rings and barbeque sauce situation, but these kids went and threw cole slaw on top for a delightful surprise. Meat is always fresh and juicy, buns steamed/toasted perfecly. About the closest I can get to an In-N-Out situation out east. Really good burger. Hope this continues.

Burgers were pretty darn good! Loved the onion rings! Nothing really special about the fries, but everything else made up for that. Awesome for a quick guilty pleasure meal!

This place either needs to lower its prices or raise the quality. Very disappointed. Went in for kids day, but no kids menu available. Order my daughter the grilled cheese sandwich, which ended up being burger buns flipped around with some barely warmed cheese in between. Watched the people next to me ask for their bottle of water and she told the customer to go to the front counter to get it. Good was bland or over flavored. Never coming back here.

Burgers and shakes are epic! The onion rings are good, just not for carry out(they defiantly need to be cooked in the oven for a bit when you get home). Always friendly service…

Not a fan of their manager. Always rude to employees and even brought in a bag of macdonalds one day. The price and portions are fair here. Im a big fan of their onion rings and enjoy their spicy chicken sandwich. The tenders are okay, hot but too greasy. Taking time to pat them down when they come out the fryer would be nice. Customer service here is lousy. No one is happy to serve you and there is one woman who busts tables that always tries to kick me out as soon as i finish eating. Just plain rude. But then again the manager sets the tone for the employees. Better off going to wendys or chikfila.

Order: Single burger with lettuce, cheese, Giant sauce and 2 onion rings Small onion ring Small hand-cut fries Observation: In reality burger was closer to a MacDonald’s sized burger Onion«rings» were actually onion straws The fries were limp with grease Review: Burger was tasty, really tasty. The bun was fresh and soft. Lettuce was crispy & the Giant sauce was good. The two onion rings added nothing to the experience. Didn’t order a Gino’s Giant based on the photo. Looked to me like it was going to be a 5 Guys sized burger — it wasn’t even close. I should have ordered the Giant; the single was really small. Could have easily slew the Giant. Onion rings greasy and disappointing Fries equally greasy and equally disappointing Conclusion: Would I go back? Hells yeah! I want/need a Gino’s Giant!!! I won’t order the onion«straws» again and I would hope that the oil slick of the fries was an anomaly. Three out of Five burgers — that bad boy was awesome…

Stopped here late on a Saturday, close to closing time. The staff was polite and attentive. The food portions were generous, plus the food was fresh tasting and well prepared. All other guests observed appeared to be happy. The dining area was clean. A decent selection of fountain drinks were available, including fresh tea. Would visit here again.

First time here today. We thought this place was a little like Five Guys Burgers and priced equivalent too. The burgers were mediocre, nothing fantastic about them. Their saving grace is the milkshakes. They have a ton of flavored to choose from. I tried the French toast and cheesecake flavors; both were incredible. We plan to return for milkshakes

Gino’s is always good. I prefer it second only to Burger Bros when they are closed or I do not feel like competing with the traffic or paying for parking on Dulaney. Their burgers are delicious, can be a little greasy but overall it is pretty good. I always get the create your own burger so I cant comment on those. One day soon I will try the fries that everyone rants and raves about. The milkshakes are absolutely delicious and you can combine the flavors which makes the 30+ flavor options almost endless! The burgers can be a little greasy and the ladies can be distracted by phones but the behaviors haven’t indicated enough of a problem for me to not frequent the establishment again. The ladies can be forgetful(forgetting milkshake with order) and careless(not mixing the shake properly) but any issues can easily be resolved by asking them to remake the drink or reminding them of your complete order.

I had to give this place an extra star, because after my experience there, the owner offered to ‘make it right.’ Customer service is obviously a high priority here and I can appreciate that!

Turn the heat up in here! It’s 40 degrees out n rainy n a little windy. Why does it feel almost the same indoors? It’s not just me; everyone who came in here with a jacket is eating while wearing them. The others are in sweat-shirts and hoodies. (Okay, I started the above section WHILE I was sitting there uncomfortably.) We were also here during the summer, so ATFIRST the cold inside was a welcome contrast to the heat outside. After 20 minutes or so, it was a bit much. The AC definitely works. However, with the colder weather, and the fact that there are two separate entrances opening and closing and letting more cold in each time, it was just not where I wanted to be. I understand the heat was«on,» but I just don’t think it was on very much. At all. The food itself was good– what we tasted of it. We were on a bit of a time crunch and both freezing, so we pretty much wolfed down the food and got out of there. We each had a burger and onion rings, and we both liked our meals. The o-rings are sliced thin and seasoned well, but maybe just slightly too greasy. They are not caked up with batter that falls off the moment you bite into them. The burgers are fresh. I will add a photo later when I go back to the phone app, but you get the idea. The server who took our order was very friendly, and she also ended up being the one who brought the order out to us as well. For those who like a little«show» with the open kitchen concept, it’s cool to see the large metal tumbler they use for seasoning the onion rings.(I’m not sure if it slices the onions, too, but it would make sense if it did.)

Fast-casual dining at it’s finest. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, and speedy service. There are a lot of great eateries around this location, but don’t overlook this joint if you need to get in and out. Because the patties are thin, burgers tend to be overcooked. However, they are still packed with flavor. The chicken, on the other hand, is almost always cooked to perfection. Whether it’s fried or grilled, expect it to come out juicy and tender.

Yo Unilocalers! Today I tried the World Famous Gino’s out. The restaurant it self was pretty clean up beat staff. Ordering was a breeze. Now the food was a different tale all together. I ordered a chicken BLT and my hubby ordered tenders. I know you’re probably thinking«why did you go to a burger joint and order chicken?» Well because we did(smile). When the food came to our table the order was a little off because the young lady forgot to add the fries we paid for. The server was hilarious stating the cashier was new and may have forgot no biggie. When Miss Cashier came with the fries I thought it was a curling contest the way she slid the fries cross the table. It’s still all good. Now we are dressing up our food to conceal the dryness. My fries were fresh. So fresh it was like biting a potato. The sandwhich(hence the reason picture not included) was kinda just thrown together with a toothpick shoved down the middle. Someone call Merlin to get this toothpick out! My hubby’s tenders; were tender but overly seasoned. I do not remember the original Gino’s tasting so dry and needing mounds of mayo/ketchup to be edible. Outside of our food I could see the spot as a 21 century Happy Days. Next time I just won’t order. I gave it three stars because it was clean food came out fast & the Hi Def TVS.
