I was recently involved with being an executor of a family member’s estate. The staff in the copy/printing Dept could not have been more helpful. Whether it was scanning, faxing, copying or overnighting documents — nothing was a problem for them. They went above and beyond to be helpful, efficient and professional — even when it was sometimes only a(less than) $ 5 sale. They made what was an often difficult task for me, much easier. Even after a dozen or so visits by me. Thanks!

It’s pretty depressing in a lot of these big box stores. Best Buy, Staples, Office Depot… whenever I go into Office Depot I just feel like I’m in a time warp. The only thing I really buy there is paper, because it’s too expensive to ship. That being said, I’m glad they were there to get me a case of Hammermill paper for about 50% off. I had heard about the offer online, and when I went into the store, I had to purchase the paper at a computer, and then choose store pickup. So weird. This retail model seems broken. But, this particular store is… okay.

I have had several good experiences here. One they are the only place that carry some things locally I really need and at better prices than Amazon(Scotch mailer bags.). Also, I find the copy and print team to be very good. Fast and friendly with good quality. I cancelled my Staples order because it would take a whole day to print out 10 copies and here they had it done in an hour.

I came here out of desperation because my daughter needed some things for her school project which was due the next day. I am not sad to say that I am glad these stores as well as Staples are closing down because of all the online retailers. The store inside looked like it was hit hard by a hurricane or this was post Black Friday morning of. Place was dirty, stuff was not organized and I couldn’t find anything. Prices were not for items which were on the shelves. I had to go back and forth between the cashier and the stock multiple times until they sorted out what I needed to buy. Prices were also much higher then Amazon. Needless to say I wont shed a tear when this as well as all of these stores close down.

Look online before you buy, and compare Staples… print out what you are buying. Prices in stores tend to be more and they will honor web prices… Don’t make a second trip to get the correct price.

I walked in and asked if they had a computer you can pay to use for a few minutes like at Staples because my phone broke. I needed to send a fast email while on the road. They did not have a computer you pay to use, but a nice clerk let me use a computer for free. That was the four star part of my trip to Office Depot. The next part of my customer experience must be prefaced by saying I am a rather pale woman with dark hair, not by choice or because I worship Satan or something, but because I got born like this. But ever since Winona Ryder shoplifted(what was it – 15 years ago?) I swear to you, every retail store has a picture of Winona Ryder circa 1991 posted in back with the words«This Is What A Shoplifter Looks Like» printed on it. Office Depot must train staff to look for this vague category of relatively thin pale women with dark hair. Because I was assigned a personal surveillance team. They were following me everywhere in the store. I was going to buy 24 file folders. I needed file folders for my job. I was walking around carrying this plastic wrapped pack of folders. I wanted to buy something to show my gratitude for the free use of their computer. But the surveillance would not let up. Every time I walked around a corner into another aisle some employee nonchalantly followed, staring at me. It was very insulting and cheap. You might say, ok – they deal with a lot of theft. Fine. But this was in the heat of summer in New Jersey and I was wearing a short sleeved shirt. What am I going to do – stuff 24 file folders in my bra? Please. I have never stolen a thing in my life. I finally just threw down the folders and walked out in a huff. Thanks Winona.
