Not exactly a surprise, but the customer service at this location stinks. I asked for a sample card from a display box to test on my printer before committing to buying two 50-count boxes, and the supervisor on duty flat out said no. They could’ve sold $ 40 of cards for 1 in a display box they’d likely throw out anyway… but that’s what happens when you pay crappy wages. Yay capitalism.

My husband and I went to this particular staples to fax some paperwork. What should have taken 5 minutes ended up taking nearly 20 minutes. There was a huge line of people with only one register open. Other workers were walking around and some of the customers even asked if they would open another register. Which they didn’t. They just kept on walking around and not doing anything to help the line moving. It was absolutely ridiculous. I will never go to this staples again.

It’s not the best Staples I’ve been in but then again it’s a Staples. I’d say I only came out of here twice having found what I was looking for.

I had to make a few color copies for my job and the service at the print center was top notch. They went out of their way to explain what I needed to do and how much it would cost. It was really refreshing to receive such quality service at a bigger retail store.
