The nature of my business puts me on the receiving end of many packages and first-​hand experience with shippers from around the country.

QUICK REVIEW: GREEDY | OVER-​PRICED | INEPT | UNPROFESSIONAL | RUDE
Like others, I found Packaging Depot OVER-​PRICED and suspect PRICE GOUGING. Items (2) were obviously over-​packed in over-​sized box w scraps of dirty bubble-​wrap, crumpled brown bags, wads of newspaper & FOUR peanuts for filler (no joke)! Yet, just two thin layers of bubble on the bottom to cushion the one valuable item they were shipping for me – talk about padding the bill with GREED, had to see it to believe it (yes, I have photos).
Owner/​Mgr Amanda appears frantic and overwhelmed… I understand and praise a young family trying to own/​operate a business — it’s tough, I KNOW! It takes finesse and calm to do so, screaming at Customers because you’re late to the kids’ ballgame doesn’t instill confidence or professionalism + a pretty sure sign things are out of control. .. . Obviously, they are.

Friendly, but incompetent. Great for packing & shipping a down pillow, but don’t let them near your antiques or artwork!

Very friendly service; they have a wide variety of packing options and creative solutions for anything you may need to ship. Supplies and packing service may be a little expensive, but with their protection guarantee, if they pack it, they’ll cover any damages en route.
They ship UPS, FedEx and DHL, and specialize in any eBay shipping needs. Not too shabby.
