Wingstop

I’m giving this place 3 stars only because our previous visits were pretty good. Today we went there and they were busy. Of course it was Superbowl Sunday. Well the chicken was extremely over cooked. Crunchy over cooked not crispy. Very disappointing. Hopefully next time they’ll be back on track.

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE 5, I would! You’ve just lost a customer and I will without a doubt — spread the word that your establishment is horribly operated and could care less about their (ex) customers. Drive a few more miles to Buffalo Wild Wings — not only are they tastier and of better quality, but they care!
This review stems from SuperBowl — I placed my order online (they even have the gall to place signs on the counter «Skip the lines, order online» — LIES!) and arrived 15 minutes early for my 245 pickup time. The line was out the door (bad sign) and the misdirected customers were packed in like sardines (bad to worse). There was no discernible line, so we got behind 3 – 4 people @ cashier position 2. When we finally reached the counter, we were told that all orders were cutoff @ 2 (no wonder two customers in front of me stormed out swearing) and that it didn’t matter that we had an online order number or that a Wing Stop employee called us earlier in the AM to confirm our order — he was apathetic and offered an insincere apology. AND, he told us to go STAND in the OTHER line. I can only hope that those turned away, those that were still waiting @ 3PM, for their 2PM online order, and those that missed kickoff due to WS ineptness — quit coming here! We walked out & went to Church’s on Redondo Beach & Berendo and were home in time to catch Lady Gaga’s National Anthem!
Seriously, forget about the convenience and drive to either BWW in Carson or the one by Del Amo Mall — you won’t regret it!

Eat here yesterday. Good food but they got my order wrong. Not the cooks fault it was not rung up right.

I’ve somehow become a regular to this particular Wingstop Restaurant. Its more of a sporty environment, but I see whole families getting their grub on also. The service is fantastic, and the employees are so down to earth its refreshing. The food taste so good, nothing’s over seasoned, its just right! Your full meal is usually ready fast, cooked right, and delivered with a smile. Here, you can tell they value a good customer experience. My favorite meal of choice is the 5 & 5 Drums only Hickory smoked BBQ, Louisiana rub, and regular seasoned fries. I choose Ranch Dipping sauce (for the Fries & Louisiana rub Chicken), and my choice of drink is usually grape and Strawberry Hi-​C Mixed yum…

This is the worst wingstop I’ve been to. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. It takes forever for your food to get ready even when it’s not busy. Also, the employees here lack professionalism. I wish I can give this place zero stars.

This location is the worst, always super long wait times at least 20−30min. And i just order a 10 piece meal. This is only one of my complaints.
Recently i went in to order wings and they told me they are all out of wings (boneless & traditional) and only have tenders. It was 8pm. WTF. Tell me how an eatery named Wingstop is out of wings? This location has lost so much business due to long wait times and running out of their main product. Id love to go to a subway and they tell me they are all out of bread we only have wraps. Come-​on. what type of management is running this location?
That was the last draw, i will never be going to this location again, i will just have to drive further to the PCH location where the service has always been on point.

The service was very good which is why I’m giving this three stars. However the wings are terrible. I found out why this place is called Wing Stop… It’s because you’ll stop eating wings after eating here.
The garlic Parmesan wings were flavorless… Didn’t taste like either garlic or Parmesan. The BBQ wk his were dry with no meat and the hot wings were okay… But not tasty enough to ever come back.
Sorry. This food is not very yummy.
The rolls are pretty good though. And the water was delicious!

I love wing stop but seriously they need to step their game up, I’ve been waiting here for 30 minutes and still haven’t gotten my order.

Don’t come to this place if you’re looking to get wings in a timely matter to go. The two of us were waiting for 35 MINUTES for 10 piece wings. For real? That’s ridiculous sorry

I love wing stop! This location is pretty average. My biggest complaint is that their air conditioning works too well :) I always have to remember to wear a sweater because it’s freezing in there.
We usually order a family pack of bone in garlic parmesan and original hot wings. My husband likes to get a side of the atomic sauce so that he can make his wings a little spicier but also control the heat. The fries are yummy! I also like that they have one of those soda fountains where you can create any flavor. I love a good Vanilla Coke!
One tip, it takes about 15 minutes for them to get the order out. We usually order ahead online because my toddler is not patient enough to wait the 15 minutes. But I do like that the food is made fresh

So it was an okay day today as I traveled to wingstop I was greeted with a warm welcome from Stephanie. She made this the best experience so far that I have ever had here! She should definitely be running this place if she isn’t already and I will be coming back because of the great customer service that I have received!

What’s best then late night comfort food in flavor! Salad I think not! Funny My hubby new favorite spot service is on point with friendly cashiers clean restaurant. The couple of times we have our late night cravings this is one of the place that we call usually it takes about 15min if you call ahead or you wait inside for your food. Our prefer wings favors are lemon pepper and BBQ always on point with flavor and the cooking. We also add fries without season to our Oder since we prefer sugar on other foods.

Came here on Wednesday night to get a drink and watch a football game. We greeted as soon as we walked in. We were not quite ready to order yet. We had just eaten but were debating if we should order wings to munch on or just relax with a beer. The cashier was very kind to say «let me know when you are ready.» We ended up ordering 2 Blue Moons and that never fails! We also asked if they can change the TV channel to watch UCLA Vs. CAL football game and even asked on the big or small TV! Talk about good service and accommodating! Will be back!

I come in here often, Since I work about 8mins away. I went in today and did a phone order, the person who took the order said it would take about 5mins. So I waited about 10 mins to leave just to be on the safe side so I wouldn’t have to wait. I get there and I sat for a cool 10mins before getting my order, I was a little irritated but hey, I try not to complain. Anyways long story short PAULINE save the day! I guess she seen I was a little dissatisfied, she got me afresh order of fries since my prior ones were cold. Thank You!!! Pauline is always sweet when I come in…

I guess I missed when this place opened, since when?
My first time trying Wingstop was a few days ago (I know. Wth?) and their fries got me hooked. Lemon pepper and Louisiana rub are my favorite flavors as of now.
Def not comparable to BWW, not a place I’d sit and hang out, but we’ve been ordering for pickup. Highly suggest calling ahead bc even after we called ahead, we still had to wait pretty long, thus removing a star.
They do have that soda machine has all the mixes of flavors, though!

Good little shack on Crenshaw. Ordered the atomic set and shared with friends. Warning: atomic flavor burns you until your mouth and surrounding skin are NUMB!
We ended up drinking gallons of water to stay sane.

Ordered and waited 15 minutes before arriving since I was told to wait 14 minutes for my.order. Arrived to a semi empty store. They had about 4 customers inside at the timw of my arrival. I paid for my food and did not receive my drinks until 5 minutes of waiting and I had to ask. I continued waiting and a couple customers arrived and picked up there order after about 10 additional minute I went up to the counter nd asked if my order was ready and the person at the counter said oh yeah here it im my food was cold and soggy I had to reheat my apparently fresh cooked chicken when I got home.
I probrably will take the extra drive and go to another wingstop location considering this one doesnt know a ounce of organization and customer service.

Finally, a Torrance location with better parking! This location is tucked away in the corner of the giant Crossroads plaza, right next door to Pick Up Stix.
The food itself was nothing special. The wings and sides tasted like the wings and sides I can get at any other Wingstop location. I love that you can also order online or via phone and pick it up at a designated time. The workers were friendly. I can’t say anything bad about my experience there.

Located next to pick up stix and cop-​a-​tan, wing stop is now open! The space used to be a ramen restaurant. The new store is clean, spacious, and filled with 3 big screen tvs.
You walk in and the staff greet you right away and is really friendly. They are helpful when you order and really clarify your order to make your dining experience great. Their service is pretty good.
They have a coca cola machine that has many other soda choices. The seating area is pretty spacious. The facility is new and clean.
They serve beer as well. The family packs are priced reasonably. Also, there is 60 cent boneless wings on Mondays and Tuesday’s.
You can also text wings to 525 377 to receive texts from wingstop with offers when the lakers have road victories.
Good place to go to during lunch hours.
Fun tip: bring a sweater, it’s freezing inside! Haha.

Super friendly staff, honest about the wait times, and everything is stocked and clean.
