At times the experation dates on the cole slaw will be changed. The soda you drink has gone though a moldy machine along with your mold contaminated ice. The Bbq chicken sandwich you love so much has been stored in the freezer for three months. Thoses pickles that come along with your meal sit outside all day until the store closes. The cook can only make so much chicken at a time especially when there are big orders. Yes indeed there needs to be some changes made but think again who needs to be in charge of those changes. The employees are not authotized to make decisions they simply do there job how they were instructed to. It’s the manager you have a problem with not the employees.

Not good food is old now I remember why I shouldn’t go there everything I got was hard

This particular KFC is out of extra crispy too often to be acceptable. A non exaggerated percentage is roughly 25% of the time. If you look over the counter into the kitchen, you’re almost guaranteed to see one or more of those loafy slobs that work there Facebooking away on their phones, when they should be replenishing stock. Their work ethic matches their unkempt appearances. Minimum wage is far too high a reward for these layabouts. Go to the one on Torrance blvd instead.

Sadly this place is a representation of just how far kfc has fallen. When I walked in today and asked a couple questions about the menu the worker seemed super annoyed as if somehow I was bothering him. The food wasn’t any better, the chicken tasted quite bad as if it just sat there and got warmed up when I bought it. Without going too much further I just have to say this place lacks the two things I find the most important the customer service and the food. Hopefully it’ll get better.

My order came in less than 10 seconds after I ordered. That was the only good part. The outside looks okay but once you come inside, it smells bad and looks very dirty.

Zero stars. Chicken was cooked in old dirty oil, are mashed potatoes supposed to be brown? Cole slaw looked a few days old. Planning on calling the LA County health department.

The wife brought home a dinner from this KFC restaurant the May 3, 2014. The dinner was supposed to be a 3 piece, crispy. Turns out this was the absolute most horrible dinner I have ever experienced from any KFC restaurant any where in the United States and Canada. The chicken was stale and over cooked. The biscuit was hard and stale. the coleslaw was dried out and warmer than room temperature. The only thing edible was the green beans. Again, the worst KFC meal I have experienced, ever.
Take into account at least 40 years eating KFC food.

Rude smelly owner/​manager. Run down inside. Its always a ghost town because the prices are out the roof for crappy food. Feel bad for the staff. The employee retention rate is garbage. Almost everytime I go in there is new employees. I find it amusing to order my food and get a dirty glare from the manager each time. It sucks that it is one of the closest things to my work… sometimes id rather go hungry.

Yeah I had to agree with some of the other reviews, it kinda smells in this particular restaurant. Like a damp, dirty mop it seems. At least the whole restaurant doesn’t look shabby.
Anyway if you want a good deal on chicken only to go, you won’t find it here for some reason.

The service was good thats why i didn’t give it one star. The place is filthy. The chairs were greasier than the food. It is ironic that the bathroom has a sign that says something like clean restrooms guaranteed… i guess they spent too much time cleaning the restroom and not have time to clean the area where people actually eat.

This is without a doubt the dirtiest and most foul smelling KFC that I have EVER been to, and I have eaten KFC from Alaska to Texas, the chicken (if you want to call it that) is over cooked and I don’t think they have changed the oil in 10 years. And the sides taste like they are a week old. These counter people seem more interested in their cell phones, and texting each other, rather than to do the job they were hired to do. When I placed my order they acted like they were upset I was bothering them with a little thing like wanting to place an order and paying for it. I wish somebody from KFC CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS would come here, and see how POORLY the brand is represented at this SHABBY DIRTY FRANCHISE !!!

we came here for chicken strips one summer day last year, but they were short for one piece, the guy who was at the counter offered my son a soft drink while we waited. I really appreciated that, since it was a hot day and we just did some hiking. It doesn’t have a drive thru but there’s never been a problem for me to find a parking. It’s always very clean, and above all, ppl working there are nice.

I use to eat at this KFC all the time. But a middle eastern man bought it and the food totally changed. The restaurant was very dirty also. I decided to try again to see if it had changed. Not only had it not changed but the prices are higher then other KFC’s. I love their cole slaw. This KFC puts so much onion in it you can’t eat it. It’s suppose to be sweet but this burnt my tongue. The biscuits were small and burnt up. Over cooked chicken. Then you get the bill and it’s more expensive. No, I’m done with this KFC. I will go out of my way to find another one.

Every time we go to this KFC there is trash on the floor. They never know what they have ready and if you’re lucky you may get what you want. They are always out of chicken and that’s what they are supposed to be known for. They were out of extra crispy thighs and honey bbq snackers. Now tell me if all you serve is chicken why do you always run out??? Lost my business… I’m going to tell a friend…

This place is horrible! Waiting for my car windows to get tinted across the street, my wife and I decided to grab a quick bite here. Bad idea! Even though it was remodeled, it’s falling apart. Went to wash my hands, and saw the toilet backed up. We were there about 30 min, and no one went in to clean up the mess. Definitely won’t be going back.

I walked up at 1010 am which was 20 minutes before they opened noticed the employees siting around. They must’ve repainted earlier that morning cuz they were watching the paint dry. Anyways, i decided to walk to Bank of the West with my 2 year old to kill some time. Once I came back the staff was just sitting behind the register watching the time get to 1030. About 1027 the mailman came up trying to deliver the mail. He knocked on the glass but didnt get a response. The staff did not acknowledge him and he to had to wait until 1030 with the rest of us. Another customer and her husband had been waiting out side for the store to open as well. We are up to 5 people now if you want to count the mailman. Anyways she and I had a great conversation about customer service in japan. I was there for 4 years and she had spent a summer in the land of the rising sun. I told the woman that Mcdonalds employees offered me a free soda while i waited for my food that was always made to order. The food always looked exactly like the advertising ads on the walls. She had told me that the japanese would try to speak to her in english and would even offer to buy her food for her. Once 1030 hit the women cashier unlocked the door and walked away without a good morning or hello. As a women she couldve opened the door for me since I was holding my daughter in my arms for about 5 minutes. (by the way im a guy) Whatever, I didnt mind cuz I was going to get fresh chicken in a few minutes. When i walked up to the register CINDY CINDY CINDY was the cashier. I made a comment that she must not get paid until exactly 1030. (i hope the owners see this) Bummer cuz i smiled and she didnt bust a smile or display any sign of emotion. (Kinda like a Vulcan from Star Trek) Ok one last try at making a friend. I told her that I noticed the chicken had been on the rack for at least 20 minutes and couldnt get to a stomach until 1030 was such a bummer. (yup you guessed it Leonard Nimoy in the house) So I asked her what the life expectancy of the chicken was? I had to ask her 3 times because she still didnt want to talk to me. Finally she said i dont know an hour maybe an hour and a half. Cool, i finally broke the ice. I told her Mcdonalds fries have a 7 minute life span and her chicken should have a life expectancy as well. My god these guys are horrible and do not go the extra cenimeter to make a customer feel at home or even want to come back. This is the second time ive been here in one year. Unfortunatllly i remember Cindy from my last visit. I will be calling the 1800 number on my receipt and give these guys a rating. During a recession when people are utilizing grocery stores more than eating out I am dissapointed with KFC management for not doing anything to correct the rudeness/​lack of knowledge for the product that they endorse. (i see that others feel the same as well about the quality of service that the Colonel dishes out. I must say the grilled chicken was dry for getting the first batch. Im glad i got my chicken at 1030 instead of 1 ½ hours later.

Agree with other comments, Rude staff and management, very dirty inside although they just remodeled the outside but they seem to have forgotten to clean the inside. Also they are not honoring the Free Grilled 2 piece meal as advertised on

When I passed by this restaurant while going to «Chuck E. Cheese», They were redoing the exterior.

Rude staff and dirty run down restaurant. This location I had always wanted to go to because it was the old style KFC with «Kentucky Fried Chicken» on the signs and the spinning bucket overhead. The place looked dirty inside and the staff, when they finally decided to come to the counter, I felt I was doing them a favor. I bought the snacker combo and was disappointed. It was flavorless chicken on a flavorless roll with a hint of ranch to give flavor. The fries were overcooked, greasy, and cold. Perhaps this just is not the location to go to for KFC.
