We bought a 36″ DXR range & hood and 36″ built-​in refrigerator and had them delivered and the refrigerator installed. Jerry even took the wall oven we has already acquired but decided not to use in the new layout as a trade toward our great package price. Later we found that one of the burners kept making a clicking sound when in use; Jerry came to our house and replaced it per his warranty. These professional appliances really make our kitchen look a grade above, and I have started to enjoy cooking and baking w/​my kids !

I am so impresed with this appliance company, especially the owner Jerry. I was renting a washer and dryer from him for the last year and half. I got behind on my payments and he waived several months if I bought them. They no longer do rentals, but if you want to buy any appliances, go see them. Jerry gave me a great deal and they would still do service calls. Great company!

I bought a NXR 30 inches range oven for 1500 cash with no tax, which is a pretty good price. The appliance came with 90 days warranty, unfortunately for me my kitchen remodeling takes longer than that. By the time the remodel was completed, I discovered that the baked oven does not work. I called store for help, the owner promised to come and fixed the oven, which never happened.
I finally called Adco, which is a service company for NXR oven. They referred me to a technician who fixed the oven (see my other review).
When I bought the stove, I was told that it’s new, in perfect working condition, and was never used. This was not the case. The oven was missing baked ignitior. Outlet center like Tru Blu received these ovens in bulk and they are too busy to actually check if everything worked or not.
The NXR range oven is a very good oven, which are sold through Costco for 2200 (2000 during holiday). If the installation was incorrect, it could break the baked ignitor or safety valve. Costco has a no question asked returning policy, so the customers would simply return a non-​working oven. These ovens then get sold in bulk to other outlet centers. Even with replacement part and labor ($ 300), I think it’s still couple hundred dollars cheaper than buying from Costco. However, there is no guarantee that you would get a 100% working oven. I learned this from the technician who finally fixed my oven.
It’s a pretty good oven once everything is fixed. I would recommend the oven.

Jerry and his staff ROCK! We moved into a duplex in Old Town Torrance and during the monthly vintage show on a Sunday, the store was open and we walked in. The young lady out front was very kind and said that the owner, Jerry would be available soon.
He was and we had a need for a washer /​dryer. Jerry asked about size and what we would be willing to spend. He said that TBS (Tru Blu Solutions) has a guarantee on service. All that we would ever have to pay for would be parts — sounded fair as this was a rehabbed appliance.
We came back when we saved up enough money and purchased a stackable. We made an appointment for installation and the crew was there. The installers were very quick, knowledgeable and had to return to the shop for additional parts for our particular attachments in our duplex. They were back lickety-​split and completed the installation. The staff was courteous and left everything as it was when they arrived. Thank you TBS!

EDITING!!! Our GAS oven was leaking and we NEEDED to have another… yup, another trip to TBS. We walked in without an appointment, but wanted to speak with Jerry. We had our measurements and at least knew of the size. The front office staff let us know when Jerry would be available and gave us his cell phone number so we could call and set things up. The following Friday we stopped by the store — HOPING to squeeze in a purchase and installation that same weekend. It was in the evening on Sunday — yes, they are like that at TBS. We did not mind and were VERY APPRECIATIVE that they were able to fit us in on such short notice. So now we have shopped at TBS TWICE and have nothing but GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT TBS!!! THANK YOU JERRY

Jerry helped me out with my dryer. He had the parts I needed and was very friendly. Awesome guy to do business with and will absolutely stand by his word. Thanks jerry!

great appliances for a great deal! Jerry really knows about his appliances and will give you a great deal. we went in to ask him about a washer/​dryer because ours was on the fritz. He helped us pick the best one for our price range and needs.

Bought a fridge looked decent and we were in need of a fridge quick. $ 299 +tax, not a bad deal had it delivered and noticed the manufactuer sticker in the back as the mover was moving it in. It was a 2001. 13 years old??? Seriously??? I could buy one online for $ 399 with free delievery. My fault foe not thinking to check the back. We returned it immediately and received most back. He charged us $ 20 for delivery, which was fair since he had a guy deliver it. Needless to say, if you come here, check the date in the back, if you can’t see it, ask them to pull it out. We understand that they are trying to run a business, but really, a 13 year old fridge should be given away, not sold for nearly as much as a new one. We think that was really tricky. Thankfully we caught it, who knows how long it would be until it broke down on us. It is only has a 60 day guarantee.
