Big fan of this place. Will come here the day of my games, get some swings in and get out. Speed ranges from 35 – 80, I believe and there are slow-pitch options at each cage. They have a spot for pitching and hitting lessons, not sure if you can go in there on your own. A free token for checking in, the guys behind the desk are nice and it always seems like there’s a customer having a friendly conversation with them. If the guys look familiar to you, they did used to have a facility in the Long Beach area, but landowners didn’t renew their lease. Anyway, great spot, Wilson Park is right there, too, so there’s a lot to like.

Worst cages for people who are looking to train seriously. Messes up timing and only gives about 3 strikes in a 10 round. Would not recommend. Only for fun and people who don’t know how to hit. Softball is purely slow pitch type. Terrible place for softball players. NOTGOOD.

Excellent place for batting practice. We go there for cricket batting practice as they have a separate batting cage which is perfectly fine for some throw downs and small run up bowling. Reps are very helpful and friendly and fair on the timings. Certainly Recommended.

I’ve been going to various batting cages for over 20 years and I’ve never met a staff as friendly as those at this location. The facilities are very well kept and provide a wonderful family experience for those with children. I can’t think of a single takeaway and I recommend the Torrance Batting Cages to everyone looking to work on their swing or to simply have fun.

What not to like about Torrance Batting Cages? Kevin(owner), along with his employees, has made this place a home away from home for us. Every time that we’ve come here, we’ve been greeted by our names, which make us feel that much more welcomed. Any time you share something with them, they remember that story and even ask you the next time you come to visit. Just that alone makes you want to come back(besides their wonderful clean environment/equipments). This is such a family/friendly environment that is great for all ages. It is not only affordable but well worth your time if you are looking to better your swing. Thank you guys so much for the lessons and continued friendship! We highly recommend this place! Thanks, Betty & Bill

Great place to take your family/friends. For $ 1, you get 12 balls to swing at. There is baseball(up to 80MPH) and softball modes available for each cage. People that work there are real friendly and not strict at all. This is the only batting cage in the area that I know of that does not enforce the helmet rule. Place does get a little crowded but people are friendly enough not to hog any of the cages. Overall, great place.
