Needed to get a specialty paint for a job that got scheduled a few days early. Called and Jesús answered the phone told him what I was looking for and I needed it the next day which was a Saturday. He wasn’t sure because of material and time frame but asked for my number and said he would call around and see what he could find. He found it and saved my butt! I really appreciate the extra effort he took and will be a Sherwin-​Williams customer for life. Thanks!

Went to home depot with a piece of drywall to get matched for touchup and after using it the paint was close but too dark and was noticeable. Went back and had them redo it but this time it was too light.
Max at Sherwin Williams was very helpful and got me a perfect match. Couldnt be happier with it.

I’ve been buying paints and supplies from this store for last 5 – 6 years as I only live 5 minute drive from this location.
I am sold on quality of their products and I find the staff very friendly and welcoming.
I also like the fact they are open 7 days a week and I can always rely on their knowledge about painting and their products.
Thank you for taking time to assist me on my last visit to the store… your advise made my last painting project a breeze and looks like a professional did it!

One star is too many for this location. Customer service is the worst. Every time I go in there are too many guys just sitting around talking to each other and like a fool I always think half of them are customers to finally realize they are all staff all ignoring me. I finally got annoyed enough to ask when a manager was working and surprise surprise the most unhelpful dude there was in fact the manager. Will for sure be going to another location that actually hires people that care. too bad for me as this one is the closest to my new home but honestly I would rather drive to the ends of the earth than give this location anything. Up next I will be contacting corporate.
