Ive been going to this location for a little while now but this past visit will be my last. i went in for a specific color and the color books were outdated i guess the color line changed the formula so it was written as a different color so they sent me to another location in santa monica come to find out they had the same color at the torrance location but they didnt bother to check if they had it at this store… seems like they know nothing about color couldve saved myself the trip.

So nice and neat in here, glad they are also open on Sundays to accommodate my needs!
I’ve always had a great experience here but then again, I call ahead of time to see what they have in stock and if they do, then I rush down there and I am in and out of that store in 15 mins. Sometimes it’s pulling teeth to get the info you want but just stand your ground and make ‘em work! I can’t stand lazy people… if you don’t want a job why work? Shoot, if I could work 20 jobs I would! Part time? check. Licensed cosmetologist? check. Time for friendliness? Hell yeah, I know customer service! Never turn down money!

Ew, not a pleasant experience here. None of the employees were friendly at all! I was being accused of not having my license because in their system it says mine expired last year, but why is it current in every other centric? Thank god I don’t work in the area! I’m never coming back here!

Service: I have always had a great experience at this location until recently. The employees are known for being so helpful, knowledgable and nice. That consistency is important. One employee more recently was the opposite, makes me want to go out of my way and shop in Santa Monica to avoid people like that.
Product: This location always has what I am looking for, fully stocked and a variety of options. Very competitively priced, plus great sales too.

It’s good for Hair Stylist to pick up their colors and supplies. It’s a small store with a lot of inventory. Only licensed cosmetologist are allowed to shop there, it is not for general public.

I love going into the store and Jasmine is so sweet she’s very helpful!!! She makes you feel. Comfortable
