Robeks Juice

My co workers and I love this location! The manager JB is awesome! Always makes our food so yummy! Thank you to the staff for always smiling and the wonderful service!

I like how convenient Robeks is. They close later than other juice bars and service is decent.
The only reason I took off a star is because their acai bowls are alright. I find it too pricey for a small bowl and an average quality. When I ordered my bowl, I pretty much made my own acai blend and chose toppings to my liking. Jessica was the one who helped me out. She was very patient with me and listened to my modifications. She even recommended to sub with vanilla yogurt versus their default of Greek yogurt. Great rec, Jessica!
As for their juices, I’ve ordered the Evergreen before from a different location. I suggest adding beets and chia seeds to make the drink more wholesome. It’s a great dietary supplement and a meal sub. I also suggest the ABC or the G-​Snap juices. Those are more basic.
To the best part, I enjoy their smoothies a lot! I can’t say I have a favorite but my top smoothies are:
AWESOME AÇAÍ – Açaí Juice, Strawberries, Bananas, Raspberry Sherbet, Non-​fat Yogurt
: I normally add Kale!
800 LB GORILLA – Soy Milk, Peanut Butter, Bananas, Chocolate, Non-​fat Yogurt. Boosts: Multi-​Vitamin, Whey Protein
: I always get this after a workout at the gym! It’s a must!
HEART HEALTH – Papaya Juice, Pineapples, Fresh Kale, Pineapple Sherbet, Non-​fat Yogurt. Boosts: Multi-​Vitamin, Heart Health
: Try it before saying no to papaya juice! I actually can’t stand the smell of a ripe papaya fruit but the juice, I like. I enjoy this smoothie when I’m feeling fruity. This is way better than any Jamba Juice smoothies. Hands down.
I’ve never gotten any juice or smoothie I didn’t like from Robeks. Although I think I’ll stay away from their acai bowls. They don’t live up to my standards at all.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years, I’ve never had a problem. I work in the same plaza so when I’m on my lunch break I call in my order then walk on over. It’s about a 2 minute walk. By the time I get there my juice is ready! Quick service!
I use to be big on juicing but it’s time consuming and it’s a struggle having to clean the juicer, but if I’m craving a juice I come here! I usually get the evergreen, but instead of celery I ask them to sub it out for beets. My boyfriend tried it and said it tasted better than he expected! Even my coworkers like it and always question me about it. About 7 bucks a juice, so I say that’s the average for a juice.
They also have acai bowls, but I’m very picky with my acai bowls, so I usually don’t order them here. Their breakfast burritos are pretty good, but take a while so call it in. And you can’t go wrong with smoothies!
I took off a star only because the juice flavor isn’t consistent. I guess it depends on who makes it. Say if I went to Juice C Juice, every time my juice tastes the same. Same with Simply O Organic. But that won’t stop me from coming here! I love the service and they always have my juice ready for me.

This place is overpriced and dirty!!! The employees don’t know how to blend the juices correctly — they don’t even taste like the fruit the smoothie is supposed to be. Furthermore, I have nut and seed allergies so am careful with the ingredients in the juices I order, however, I think they don’t wash their containers throughly because ever since I consumed their overpriced smoothie, my whole body has been insanely itchy and breaking out in hives. Never going again, and would never recommend anyone to go there. Stick with Jamba Juice, better yet, go next door to Coffee Bean and get something there.

Mmmmm… conveniently located near PCH and Crenshaw for a quick stop off. I ordered the South Pacific Squeeze which was a creamy, fruity blend of pineapple, strawberry and banana. The combination of fresh fruit, quick service and convenient location make this my go to place for yummy fruit smoothies in the Torrance area.

The prices are a bit high however the juice that is served here warrants a higher cost. I love the way freshness and quality produce seem to be the focal point of this place. I enjoy ordering juices from here.

never eating here again. just found a fucking bug in my smoothie… should’ve listened to the review about the roaches. so fucking disgusting. shouldn’t have even eaten here just by looking at the miserable rude owner.

So before heading to the movie theater we decided to grab a smoothie, upon arrival i looked through menu for awhile and noticed a Bunch of roaches i swear ! You have been warned ! How is a business able to be opened like this thats not only unsanitary but its disgusting and a safety concern i tried to get the employees attention it was an asian guy maybe in he’s late 20’s, completely bypassed the fact that i pointed out the roaches, and to find out he’s part of management ! So someone else comes in and orders and after taking that cash order he avoided washing he’s hands And proceeded with making an order yuck! Stay away from this place and if your reading this review and about to order run like i did !

Too bad I can’t give zero stars. My first time, the owner (Asian guy… don’t trip I’m Asian too) tried to pawn off someone else’s smoothie to me. He made the wrong one and played it off like it was mine. I took it because I’m not picky and it was pretty close to what I ordered. No biggie I thought.
I vowed to never return again. For several reasons (I have kids, emergencies happen) I went back about a year later. Ordered some food and he overcharged me… I called him out and he returned my money but no «I’m sorry» and he did so with an attitude. I also notice him mistreating his employees, very rude. Don’t waste your time!!!

Pretty sure the guy that helped me was a manager. Shitty service in there. Not coming back. And they put ice cream in the muscle max smoothie, really?! I just finished working out.

This is a much more elaborate menu than your typical Robeks. Watch out for the owner. He’s pretty foul tempered.

Good acai bowls and smoothies. There’s never a long wait. Not my go to place for acai but it’s in a convenient location and it’s very fast. My favorite is the aloha bowl. It comes with granola, bananas, blueberries, crunchy coconut, and drizzled with honey. The acai is a bit sweeter than other places but it’s refreshing and satisfying regardless.

I like this place a lot. Their hours are great sm I have to say their employees are kind not like other reviews. I had their evergreen smoothie and it was delicious. If you ask for the extra that’s left they give it to you so you get more for your money. I’ve been happy every time I’ve came

First time going to this Robeks and honestly I will NOT be going back. Went at around 8am and there’s only 1 person working. Had to wait a little while for him to even turn around and look at me. Not a friendly person at ALL when he decided to help me. I ordered my smoothie and he asked what size, I said regular then changed my mind and said make it a large, he rolled his eyes and sighed. WTF??? (I thought in my head, I’m paying you more money and you have an attitude about it???) when my smoothie was ready he didn’t say anything, I figured it was mine. Needless to say I was Very disappointed.

Robeks isn’t a spot I expect outstanding service. I’ve been coming for lunch off and on for about a month. On top of the great smoothies, they make some really healthy eats too. Credit to Justin for winning me over with impeccable service. Give this spot a shot, you will not be disappointed :)

My first time at a Robeks and I gave them 4 stars because the friendly factor could use an upgrade, I am not saying the worker was rude in any way just not very warm… however I decided to go green an ordered a Kale smoothie, it tastes like green apples and it was yummy. I’ve since gone to Jamba juice but theirs doesn’t taste as fresh. Can’t wait to go back since there isn’t one close to my home. It tastes like they use fresh kale vs JJ who uses frozen kale.

Honest to goodness, I love Robeks, but will no longer be a patron at this location, because of the attitude I received on my last visit.
Here’s a recap of what happened. I went there with my Mom and we weren’t sure what we wanted to order. I decided on a «sweet greens» and my Mom decided to copy me. Since, that particular drink had celery in it (yuck!). I decided to change my order to «Tropi-​greens» and again my mom copied my order. The cashier (older asian guy) rolls his eyes (attitude much!?) Both of us apologized for changing our order. The cashier mumbled something like now I have push more buttons to change your order (I don’t remember exactly what he said, but none the less it was RUDE). In all seriousness, I wanted to tell the guy to forget the order and just leave, but decided it wasn’t worth making a scene, plus I really wanted a smoothie. We apologized again. Afterwards, I told my Mom this is the last time we’re EVER going here again!
I know we were being difficult, since we changed our order; we acknowledged that fact by apologizing multiple times. It’s not okay to treat your customers so rudely. Also, the drinks here are expensive and at best mediocre. Ridiculous, that it cost over $ 10 for two small drinks. I’m not sorry for saying, I will NEVER patronize this establishment again.

I used to come to this Robek’s a lot in high school when I lived in the area. Haven’t been back since and man has it gone downhill. I go to other Robek’s and everyone is really and greet right away. I walked in and there was a guy behind the register I have no idea what he was doing but he did not say a word to me and another girl had to come help me. She just goes «Are you ready?» I was thinking maybe I came close to closing time and they were annoyed and ready to go but it was 45 minutes before closing still! Anyway I swear they both looked HIGH! Eyes all tired and bloodshot. Lack of communication or even acknowledging I was there. Whatever. I ordered the Evergreen. Took a seat and a couple comes in to order. Not sure how but their two drinks came out before mine. Again not a big deal. It was more about them barely functioning when I walked in. Definitely have had better.

Delicious acai bowl with bananas and granola!!! Excellent acai berry smoothie. Great healthy options and great service.
This was a great experience and wonderful food! I will be back when I want something healthy and yummy.
