Pizza Hut

We ordered the Garlic Knot pizza. It was the worst pizza i have ever had. Little cheese and barley any pepperoni. Will never order from them again.

I live near by this pizza hut and order frequently. I have been satisfied with this locations quality and ability to be consistent for 3 years until the last 4 months. In last 2 months I ordered the same pizza deal 5 times and it has differed in flavor and amount of toppings. In particular the crust has had to most variation overall. The salted pretzel crust has been getting increasingly salty. In my last order it was overwhelmingly salty to the point that it was inedible and the salt extended well over the crust to the middle of the pizza. I have lost confidence that it will regain its best performing days. Plus they do not honor many online deals in this location.

Not happy with my order. They did not even put all the toppings on that I ordered and then they threw some raw, uncooked spinich on top. I am disappointed.

I’ve switched over to Pizza Hut as my go-​to place for Pizza takeout after the recent price increase at Papa John’s ($ 20 for a large). Their $ 7.99 large two toppings pizza carryout deal is pretty good. You can select your crust (pan, hand tossed or think and crispy), sauce, toppings, drizzle (balsamic, honey siracha, barbeque, buffalo) and crust edge flavor (hut favorite, toasted parmesan, salted pretzel, honey siracha, toasted asiago, fiery red pepper, toasted cheddar, garlic buttery blend, curry spice blend and ginger). I’ve tried some of their newer choices like but prefer the tradition pan pizza with marinara sauce along with a drizzle of honey siracha sauce and toasted parmesan crust edge flavor. It would be nice if they allowed you to add additional toppings beyond the two included toppings for an additional cost.
Service is hit or miss. Half the time the pizza is ready on time (15 minute window) and the other half delayed (had to wait almost 30 minutes once). Unfortunately quality is very inconsistent. When the pizza is made right it’s great but there have been many occasions when the pizza was undercooked and doughy needing about a minute in the microwave to fix. Needs to increase consistency is my overall take on this location.

EVERY time they get the order WRONG.

3 out of 4 times they don’t have have red pepper or Parmasean cheese. Very disappointing.

Ok carry out and delivery Pizza Hut. They don’t have a separate warmer to keep pizzas warm if you arrive later to pick up your pizza (they just keep them in the insulated delivery bags which is kind of cheapo). They also frequently don’t have crushed red pepper or cheese (it’s like McDonalds saying they ran out of ketchup). Since there are many other Pizza Huts in the area, go to one of them instead.

I love how this spot has Wing Street! Yeayah! I just tried the lemon pepper which tasted citrus sweet. They have a $ 5 special boneless chicken deal going on right now. I have to say I really like their breaded wings with honey bbq the best. BTW they have pizza too! ;)

I had to place an order not once, not twice, but 3 times. It was simple, 8 wings. Over the phone the girl was talking fast and interrupting me. The first time I placed my order she repeated my order and got something completely different, so I ordered again. She finally got it and said my order would be ready for pick up in 15 minutes. I show up 30 minutes later on my lunch break and I told the girl I was here to pick up my order. She said, «what order?» Uhm, what? I told her my name and my order and she said they didn’t have anything under that name or that order. I was upset at this point but decided to hurry up and order again. Upon me placing my order to this girl, she continued to interrupt me and finish my sentences with the wrong information. All I wanted to order, was 8 wings. She kept saying «so a medium pizza with olives». I had to correct her 3 times, then she kept saying their system was down (not sure what that has to do with me placing my order but ok) She kept walking to the back and talking to I don’t know who and finally cashed me out. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes of my lunch break waiting. This girl is clearly incompetent or has a hearing impediment. Either way, I will never order from this location again. They need to hire or train these people with how to provide customer service.

We go here all the time. But I hate it, I mean hate it when they cut the pizza wrong. I mean I hate it, hate it.

Chris Kim is gonna review this one as it is the closest one to his house. Lets just say that pizza hut not only has one of the best deep dish pizzas but it also one of the best priced. See, the thing with pizza hut pan crust is that it is crispy on the outside as well as greasy which is a good thing, and soft inside. Lets just say that Pizza Hut crust is one of the only crusts that Chris Kim deems worthy enough to put in his stomach and get those carbs. Not only that but Chris Kim orders a large pizza with 5 toppings for only 10 $. You cannot beat that deal. And I know there are haters that hate because this is a chain and haters hate for that reason only. But let Chris Kim tell you that out of all the pizza places Chris Kim has eaten at, pizza hut ranks among the best.

They always get my order right and they have good deals on pies.

I’m a fan because we ordered our pizza online and it was ready when we went to pick it up. The girl working there was nice and our pizza turned out awesome. There’s plenty of parking but my only gripe is that this place is hidden in the plaza. We couldn’t see it from the street and we had to call in to find out their exact location. Needless to say, it’s in between Starbucks and American Fish Grill.

This is by far my favorite pizza hut. Staff is very nice and friendly. Customer service is always great. I go here really often and know a lot of the staff working and even the new hires are really friendly and easy to interact with. I think out of the last two years going my order has been wrong only 2 times but never an issue to get it fixed. Once they even caught it when I didn’t notice. Location doesn’t have a dining area which is a drawback but I prefer to eat at home so not a big deal for me.

Hey, you know what, stuffed crust pizza makes me excited as a fat kid receiving cake. They have a deal going on right now where it’s $ 10 for any carryout pizza. It costs an extra two bucks for stuffed crust but it’s totally worth it. They also put a fairly good amount of toppings on your pizza as well.

Came here during Super Bowl weekend to pick up $ 10 any way you want pizza deal. Great service and a quick craving fix for some pizza. A+ Customer service~!!

Yesterday, i felt the need to eat some ‘za and called Pizza Hut for a carryout order whilst i was doing some errands and heading back home. i arrived at the restaurant and a nice gentleman (maybe the shift manager?) had told me that they had to remake my pizza because they put in something that i requested be taken off. As he explained that they’d need another 8 minutes, he offered my pizza on the house
i honestly didn’t expect them to do that. The gentleman was courteous and defused the problem gracefully :)
