First time trying this place I ordered thai lettuce wrap(very bland will not order ever again). My son had the sesame chicken over fried rice, it was delicious I had to share with him however we were both still hungry after.

The food is better quality than Panda Express but that is pretty much all I can say about the food. The Manager was awesome!!! For that reason, I’ll come back and check out other items from the menu. #LoyalToGreatService

I love this place. The service is amazing. They’re friendly. The food is fast, fresh and delicious. It’s a fast casual restaurant yet it’s a notch above with a warm and cheerful environment. They cook to order and they never mind if you customize your order. Oh — and the manager is fantastic. The place runs like clockwork. Eat in or take out. Ps if you’re vegetarian like me, you’ll be happy with options.

Worst customer service ever and the first time I have ever walked out of a restaurant without ordering. I won’t be back. Waiting in line to order take out for awhile clearly seen by the employees and another customer walks in at least 15 minutes after and the employee takes there order not even asking if we’ve been helped. I was so upset and just shocked at the lack of customer consideration. Giving one star since it wouldn’t let me post without any but I didn’t even want to give that.

This Pei Wei location is wonderful! From the excellent customer service to the hot, fresh food I have never had a bad experience here. I love Pei Wei because it is a healthy alternative to most fast food restaurants. The Pei Wei rewards program is awesome and I love getting free entrée’s. There is really something for everyone and it’s good for all ages. Chicken is my favorite and I’ve tried Mongolian Chicken, Ginger Chicken, Orange Peel Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, Lo Mein with Chicken and they have all been delicious! You can get white or brown rice, add extra veggies and for the price you get a ton of food. I have never had a bad dinner here and their citrus green tea is delicious! It’s always clean, everyone is super cheerful and I will keep on coming back here for dinner or lunch!

Very fast, customizable options, and nice atmosphere for lunch. It’s a nice mix between fast food and a sit down restaurant. I got a teriyaki noodle bowl and it was delicious. The portions are pretty good as well, the small filled me up.

Just meh. Very pricey for what you get. $ 10 for the honey chicken. I got the original. And it’s tiny. I can’t imagine what the small chicken would be like. I’m a girl. And it barely filled me. I imagine if a regular sized guy was eating, he would need to hit up McDonald’s on the way home. Tastes is awful. Don’t get the honey chicken. It resembles nothing like the honey chicken from pf.changs. it’s hard to believe this is run by the same company. I also got the Mongolian with beef. Extra $.95 for beef. Extra $ 2.95 for original al size instead of small. So the plate comes out to close to $ 12! Again. Tiny. For $ 12! And the flavor. Meh Better than the honey chicken But not by much. Definitely not coming back.

I have been coming here since they opened. The food has always been good even with all of their changes. The bad thing is the portions keep getting smaller. We just ordered the original size and it looks like a kids meal.

Look, it isn’t authentic Chinese food. Build a bridge and get over it. It *is* good food. They have a great selection. I have NEVER had a bad meal there. And, I trust any restaurant where you can watch them make your food. Everything is in plain view and they are obviously proud of their offerings. The Wasabi Crunch Roll is to die for. Trust me, if you have a couple of people at the table, get the 8 piece so there are enough to share as an appetizer. The Chicken Pad-Thai has a good kick to it and is absolutely full of flavor. And, if you are freaking out that the restaurant isn’t authentic Chinese food, remember that the Fortune Cookie was invented in San Francisco.

This place was always good but now it’s improve even more with his new menu it’s very easy to find what you want and its well explained now they even have the ability to have smaller dishes so you can sample many different flavors and dishes without having a lot of leftovers however with the quality of this food is not a bad thing at all I had a wonderful woman that took my order her name was Kristen she did such a great job with her suggestions and her customer service skills I actually just wrote a nice letter to the corporate headquarters about her so now I’m putting this on Unilocal this is a great location well run well managed clean quality staff fast service and just great food for a great price enjoy as much as I did

Not only do their food taste good, but their quick service never disappoint. We barely sat down after getting our drinks and utensils and our food is served and ready to eat. They have self serve soda machine, tea and water so it’s nice to get that unlimited. And every once in a while the servers come by to check and ask if we’re ok which is a plus. If you need anything they can come and help you with it.

I was just there tonight(3÷24÷15) and I ordered, ate, took a Togo box and right when I go in the car it spilled every where! The two ladies that were working were soooo nice and they made me another. They were both helpful and super kind. Great food and good service.

Do you like Chinese food? Well don’t go here. Pei Wei is to Asian food what Taco Bell is to Mexican food. I understand that this place is owned(run?) by the same people who own P.F. Changs, but this place is not good. P.F. Changs is ok. Pei Wei is not good. I went here this past Sunday night with three other friends. The food was bad. no one in our group liked their food. We ordered, got our drinks from the drink machine, and by the time we sat down our food was coming out. about 1 minute from the time we ordered until the food was out. 1. either they microwaved it and heated it up, or 2, they pre-cooked it, and heated it up when we ordered it. seriously, one minute from the time we ordered it until it came out. the noodles didn’t taste fresh. they tasted stale, they must have pre-cooked it at least a day ahead of time. same thing with the rice. the food tasted horrible. and on top of all that, it was too expensive. Pei Wei? yeah, you Pei Wei too much for bad food! I hate panda express, but even Panda express is better than this place! Don’t go here.

Pei Wei has improved their menu in the past couple years to give diners more choices. You can get smaller sized and less expensive plates now, which is a nice option for lunch. There are also plates with spring rolls or other appetizers added. You can also substitute noodles for rice if you’re looking for carbs! I like their teriyaki plate, the mongolian plate, and recently tried their orange dish over veggies rather than meat. I like that you can get brown rice and that the food is ‘wokked’ to order and delivered to your table, not scooped out of a bin that has been sitting for a while. I’m a fan of the changes they’ve made and this is a regular stop for lunch.

Fast, decently healthy, low priced, tasty Asian food. It’s like a Pickup-Stix. The GM or owner was super cool. The green-beans are quite tasty although I don’t think I care for the egg rolls that much. Just not enough flavor or crispness.

Like everyone says, Pei Wei is the slight step down from PF Chang’s. They are actually affiliated and owned by the same people. I came here strictly because I was craving lettuce wraps like the ones at PF Chang’s, but didn’t want to go there and spend a fortune. Reviewers say that their lettuce wraps are pretty much identical, but cheaper! And they were right! Same flavor, same presentation as the one at PF Chang’s. Yummy. But their tasty lettuce wraps don’t deem them a great rating because everything else here is disappointing. Especially the extremely stingy portions on the actual entrees here. Boyfriend and I shared the lettuce wraps the other day, but were still hungry and wanted an entrée to share. We ordered the small plate honey glazed chicken with rice and it was just that. S M A L L. Our plate seriously had eight mini chunks of chicken, drowning in an extremely tart sauce, and too much rice. I paid $ 7 for that plate, I was NOT happy. Service is okay, but they don’t pay enough attention. On two occasions that I’ve been here, I’ve had to wait awkwardly at the cashier for someone to even notice that I wanted to place an order. The employees spend too much time chatting with one another and make customers feel like a bother. Like someone else mentioned, you can go to Panda Express and get a LOT more for your money. I’m only coming back here for the lettuce wraps. Nothing else here is worth it. Oh, actually, maybe just their Coca Cola freestyle machine that has my Vanilla Coke I can’t find anywhere. Don’t waste your money on the entrees here!

I’d rather spend the extra money and eat at PF Changs lol And I’d most certainly rather spend my money at Panda Express food is way better there. I ordered shrimp and chicken with the honey sauce with noodles. They kinda skimped on the shrimp and i had like 3 pieces of chicken smh. The noodles tasted like they were just drained and tossed with the sauce instead of actually being cooked with the sauce to absorb the flavors. The noodles were very bland to say the least. I didn’t really care for the texture of them either ehhhh… The veggies we’re fresh and crunchy but still couldn’t make up for the taste. I ordered the green beans which were pretty yummy and cooked to perfection. The sauce tasted like it had some sesame oil which I actually enjoyed. Go some where else don’t waste your money here ended up wasting like 13 bucks for a small portion of food which might have had high amounts of sodium due to me chugging down like two bottles of water.

It’s been years since I last went to @PeiWei but because of a Facebook offer I received for a buy one, get one free entrée, I found myself back here. I came with my mom and we both chose to get combos. Combos start at $ 6.45. Combos come with your choice of white rice or brown rice and one side. For your side, you get to choose from a spring roll, Asian slaw, or soup(hot and sour or wonton).I got the honey seared crispy chicken combo with brown rice and wonton soup. My mom chose to get the Mongolian chicken with brown rice and wonton soup. We also chose to get the chicken lettuce wrap. The chicken lettuce wrap is $ 6.95. At Pei Wei, you order your meals up front I’m the counter and then you seat yourself. They will serve your food but drinks are self serve. Drinks are all you can drink. They actually have one of the cool new soda machines. They also have all you can eat fortune cookies :). The wonton soups were served to us first. We both liked the wonton soup. It was a rather overcast day and this soup was the perfect treat. It is filled with green veggies and three wontons. Our combos had lots of brown rice. The chicken entrees themselves were decent portion wise. It’s not as much as what you would get at a traditional Chinese restaurants but it was ok. My honey seared crispy chicken reminded me a lot of orange chicken. It was sweet and tangy. There were also crispy noodles below the chicken. This was a good! I liked the overall flavor and crispness. I also got to try my mom’s Mongolian chicken. Although it was good, the sauce of this dish was a bit on the salty side. The best dish, hands down, was the chicken lettuce wrap. It was great both portion wise and tastewise. The chicken had pieces of black mushroom mixed in. It was saucy and flavorful. I would actually reccommend not using the sauce that came with the lettuce wrap. That sauce was way too salty and the chicken itself is already tasty! No sauce required! Overall, the winners of our trip here were the wonton soup and the chicken lettuce wrap. The honey seared crispy chicken was ok too as well as the brown rice. The other dishes would’ve been ok if they weren’t so salty. Good overall, less salt next time will make it even better.
