Update: 13-Feb-2016: McDonalds has a free offer: buy fries, get hair in them free! Today, the speed of service was very slow. Also, there was a «fried» hair in my kid’s fries which I found towards the end of the packet. It was disgusting. Went to manager– she showed no concern, no compassion, no sorry, no professionalism. I have had issues with this restaurant before for slow service but ALLTHEMANAGERS are ridiculous, show no compassion. I think anyone from the street with no experience can be hired here as a manager — no training, no personality! I took a picture of the hair and will post on Unilocal as well. I think the moment another good chain opens nearby, existing customers of this McDonalds will be going there instead. Certainly its giving your chain a very bad name. I went to the McDonalds #437 at 1452 W Carson st on 05 Dec and ordered food at 11:05AM. Everyone was waiting for long time — reason? The drive thru people were given priority. I had a 2 year old kid, who was very hungry and waiting impatiently for his nuggets. the order placed at 11:05AM was delivered at 11:25AM. At about 11:23AM I contacted a manager(lady) who WASNOTEVENBOTHERED and did not show any reaction to the complaint on long wait. She behaved as if we were being done a favor by being served food, whatever long it took.(BTW such delays are common where dine-in guests are given second-rating as compared to drive thru guests, as usual management does nothing in such situations). I am surprised by quality of management at the location. From frequent coke vending machine and restroom breakdowns, to poor cleanliness to very warm kids play place room temperature, this place is the pits. Its actually a run down shack with hopeless staff rather than a good McDonalds restaurant. The senior management must pay a surprise visit to this place. I have to go there as its nearest to my routine place of visit, would love to goto another competitor’s restaurant instead. Perfect example of pathetic restaurant! I would have given negative points!

This McDonald’s has been completely renovated. It is very nice inside with couches and comfy chairs. They have free Wi-Fi. There is a section for kids to plan as well. Doesn’t feel like a real McDonald’s. There are two lanes for the drive-through as well.

9 times out of 10 I go to this drive through location and end up going to the one on Artesia. For always one reason or another, every single time I come to this location I can never just order, pay, and get my food. LITERALLY each time. Usually the issues are as follows: 1. They are ‘cash only’ which is not terribly inconvenient but most people don’t always carry cash on them. 2. The wait in the drive through is painfully long. Even with myself and one or two other cars I’ve waited up to 30 minutes to get my food. 3. They are out of almost literally everything. I’ll have a hankering for some dessert and the ice cream machine is «broken» or «shut off automatically after a certain time» and they pretty much are out of everything but fries and burgers Save yourself the trouble and go to the McDonald’s on Artesia. They always pull through just fine. Every time. 4. They screw up my order when I do manage to make it past issues 1 – 3. They’ve forgotten my drink or gave me two drinks or given me something completely off from what I ordered 5. Thirsty drive through workers. Whenever I drive through and there’s a guy giving me my food I always get«unwanted compliments» which is nice of them I guess but very unprofessional.
