Dan has remodeled my home through. I am currently oh my last project — the Master Bath. A complete demo. Had mold issues, but Dan has gone the extra step and removed it all. Can’t wait til it’s done. Don’t know why my earlier posting was removed from Unilocal.Wassup Unilocal Admin???

I had new windows installed with Dan recently. He also build up an external wall around a large window in my bedroom which matches so perfectly, you would never know it’s not the original wall. The windows look better than I could have imagined. He did a very clean and precise job. He’s also very reliable and works fast. If I decide to do anymore work I am happy to have Dan to call. I know from personal experience that good contractors are hard to find.

Dan Diaz put in recessed lighting in our home and did a wonderful job of it. He was a pleasure to work with and have in our home. Not only does he do great work he is also prompt, neat and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with the job. His rates are reasonable and he works with your schedule in a timely fashion.
