What a disaster this place is… all you keep on getting is voice mails. You never get to speak with anyone else but an operator who rushes you to some unlabeled v-​mail and you NEVER hear back from anyone. What a way to run a business…

My insurance has sent me there for heart problems and I can’t make an appointment. I am always sent to the voice mail to make an appointment and for 5 days and 4 messages, I have not been called back.

Dr. Kissel is great and I have no complaints there. However I was scheduled for an echo and treadmill test that was cancelled because their only nurse technician was out sick for the day. I couldn’t get in for another week to do the appointments, and after I finished up with the echo I was told they were running another 30 minutes behind on the treadmill test. Since I had already been away from work since 12:30 and I couldn’t do the second test til 2:30, I decided to just leave. When asked if I had a follow up appointment, they didn’t even know that I had to cancel that as well because of the first rescheduling. The receptionist even said, «wow you’ve really been throw around here» Needless to say, this place is a bit disorganized for my taste.

Nice new location. It is very clean and nicely laid out.
The staff here is nice, friendly, and very helpful.
