Dr. Carlson’s front office and back office staff do not seem to communicate with each other. I left messages with the receptionists, voice mails to his nurse and faxed him. I did not get a response for a week. After speaking to Dr. Carlson regarding my family member’s issue and letting him know of my concerns, he hung up on me. Not very professional nor caring.

Dr Carlson has a very nice office and staff. For my first time seeing him he was very thorough and made me feel like he didn’t want to miss a thing. I would recommend Dr Carlson because he seem like a very seasoned doctor and doesn’t miss a thing.
