My client bought the floor from your store he also asked if possible will he be able to buy more if needed. Your reply was of course you can. He paid for the floor in full we installed the floor. My client sold his house and the new owners asked to have the remainder of the house done in the same color floor. I ordered it through your store. When I called 4 weeks later and asked for the ETA I was the floor is no longer available and you asked me if I would like a refund. Your store did not even care to try to take care of me or my client. I lost the job and lost $ 12,000.
