Wow, talk about busy… the car line was very long but didn’t mind b/c I like to go in anyway. When I went in there were a ton of people who had ordered who were waiting for their drink but no line to order. When I walked up I noticed 3 associates in the corner in a huddle talking. Lucky for me I was just getting dark roast with room so I got my drink right away. When they handed me my coffee I looked over and the 3 were still talking. So they are very busy and 3 were working and 3 were talking… not very good customer service.

If I could give negative reviews for this Starbucks, I would. Not only are they as slow as molasses and take their sweet time with everything they do, but some of the employees are beyond rude. I love Starbucks, but I will never give my money to this location again because ordering coffee and asking them to do their job is very obviously an inconvenience to them. Went through the drive through this morning, Sunday 12÷27÷15 between 9−10am and the blonde working the drive through scolded us for ordering 6 drinks through the drive thru. Listen, I completely understand if you don’t want to be slowed down and six drinks are a lot, but there is no reason to be rude and yell at my family to never order this many drinks through a drive thru again. Most places, if you happen to have a big order through a drive thru, they just kindly ask you to pull up and park and they bring it out as soon as it’s ready. No, not here. This lady completely took out some serious anger and frustration on us and did not handle this situation even close to correctly. Oh, and did I also mention that she got the order wrong and we had to turn around and go back? Yeah… Love Starbucks, but I would suggest a different location. Even going to the Starbucks in the Target down the street is a better option than This location. I am beyond upset cos I don’t like spending my time writing reviews on places, but more importantly, I don’t like someone yelling at my family for no reason. Just very disappointing.

Absolutely, hands down, the slowest Starbucks in the world! I usually come here on Sunday. I’m going to have to go somewhere else. They have plenty personnel on hand, but they laugh and play and waist time. Customers are complaining to each other and staring them down, but no acknowledgement by staff. Very frustrating! Slooooow motion!

This is one of the slowest Starbucks locations ever… The only time I’ll go is at odd hours(like if I get off work early). You’ll wait in the drive thru line for 15 minutes and only 3 cars in the line. I won’t even get out of my car to go inside because you get stuck in parking spots while the drive thru line doesn’t move…

Pro– it’s on the way to TRMC and when you are facing a 12 hour shift on 3 hours of sleep you need it Con– plan on spending almost 10 minutes waiting in the drive thru while they wait on the 1 customer in the store. I sat in my car, waiting on my 1 drink order which I know they can throw together in less than 2 minutes for 7 minutes this morning(yes I timed it cause I was that irritated). While I waited, 3 different girls looked right at me and proceeded to do more important chores like restocking straws and cleaning. I finally yelled at someone and she offers to take down my «info» to give me a free coffee next time, u was majorly late by then and declined. Next time I will stick to the crap coffee they serve in the cafeteria rather than be late

On my last leg of road trip, stopped by for some caffeine only to wait in the drive thru line forever! Now I am stuck here waiting, waiting valuable travel time and not being a satisfied customer. There are only 3 vehicles in front of me… move this line already! It has been 10 minutes and no movement. This will be last time I stop here.

This Starbucks is in a tucked away location near the Tomball Medical Center. If you don’t look for the sign you might miss it. The staff is very friendly, so it’s worth the effort. If you have a gold card you can get a free refill in your drink. Also, you can ask for«grounds for your garden» and they will give you a big bag of used coffee grounds.

My co worker grabbed us a Starbucks this morning, I am writing on her behalf because she does not have a Unilocal,but this is the SECOND time they have given her caffeinated iced coffee when she specifically asked for decaf. She has a medical condition where she CANNOT have caffeine. They need to pay more attention to their orders. Some people could have a more serious situation as to why they cannot have caffeine.

I gotta say, the first time I came here I was let down by my order not being fully frozen. But every other time since then has been pleasant. I especially want to thank the young man who works there(soft spoken voice) I’m sorry I didn’t take note of your name — but in the past two times I’ve been there, he’s suggested an addition to my coffee which has made it great! No other location I’ve been to has ever done this before. So I just want to say good job to the nice young dude — and I hope all others at this location take note of his customer service abilities.

You know, as often I come here to work or have meetings, I should give them a little review love. I happen to grace the door of many Starbucks around Houston and some are good and some are great! Yes, over-priced coffee is a thing, but who cares about that when your standard order is a Venti Breve Latte at 140? The Tomball Starbucks does a great job at getting my order and temperature correct every time. When it comes to the basics, you have to have your coffee the correct temperature. I give them 5 stars on this one merit alone!

Most, not all, but most of the team is friendly and polite. There’s this one older gentleman who is kind of a douche so know what you want if you’re in his line because he will likely snap at you if you hem or haw over anything. Also, this location REFUSES to fix their Fizzio machine. It’s been busted for going on 3 months. What business takes THREE months to fix their machine? They should just take Fizzio off of their menu. THREEMONTHS!!! Sadly, this is only Starbucks in Tomball(that you can drive up to) so it’s this or nothing. SMH.

Starbucks coffee with silly service. I’m a drive-through girl — and all of the workers greet you in a fun, silly way! It always starts my day off with a chuckle.
