Panera Bread

Customer service is awful here. When ordering a bagel at the drive thru I was told they can’t put the cream cheese on the bagel. It can only be on the side. This is the silliest thing I’ve ever heard. And the guy was rude about it.

Met my friend for dinner on Tuesday Jan 12 about 5:30pm. Lady at register was not friendly. I ordered a coffee while I waited for my friend to arrive. The place was not busy. A few minutes later my friend arrived and we ordered. $ 10 for a tiny half soggy and cold sandwich and the smallest bowl of mac and cheese. (Pick 2). The cookie I ordered to take home was stale. The eating area was clean. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Just went through the drive thru. I ordered a Thai chicken salad with no edamame mix and extra dressing. I wanted to order a drink and a brownie but the guy coming through the speaker pretty much told me I was all set and to pull forward… oh well probably didn’t need it anyway. Got to the window, friendly service. Got my food and left. Got home and opened to see no edamame mix and extra dressing just like I asked… BUT, there was no chicken. The best part. :(I wanted a Thai CHICKEN salad… *sigh Better luck next time hopefully

Food was ok, but BUGS were swarming around the drink area. GROSS!!! There were 6 people standing around, but not CLEANING! Very disappointed with this location, it has really gone downhill.

Why is all the food here soggy? Why did my flatbread sandwich pee out enough juice to soak 3 napkins in their entirety? How come my husband’s sandwich was on bread so soggy it was wet?! More importantly, why was my cookie stale? Worst Panera I’ve been to in a long time.

Business is clean but people are not organized. Expect to wait if they just have a few people there.

By far the worst customer service ever experienced at a panera. I asked for a blended coffee with chocolate. Every place has a different «frappaccino» so I didn’t know what their version was called here. I was greeted with blank stares. «A what?» I repeated myself. It was such a seemingly foreign drink request that someone else was called over to assist. And that someone stares at me and says «what’s your problem?» I was dumbfounded! What’s my problem? I have none but apparently you guys do! After explaining — again — what I would like I added in «like a frappaccino» to see if that helped. And I got a quip back of «you want a frozen mocha?». Man. He was sure rude. Whilst eating my salad and my frozen mocha, the employees were in the back yelling at each other about who’s on the clock and «to get the **** out.» We were the only people there and with a half hour still to go til closing I felt as though we were being a problem to them so we left. I’ll never go back to this one again! I will say though I am assuming the manager did come through for us when we were told they had no more flat breads as we had ordered and he made us a different sandwich. That was the only kind employee there.

Worst pannera restaurant I have been to in a while. The first pannera restaurant that was sold out of chicken noodle soup. It took forever for us to get our food, 20 mins for the wait. The manager had to put our food together because the workers were so slow and had no idea what they were doing.

They never have the order right, my boyfriend gets so livid he refuses to go back there. He just went because he knew I wanted a broccoli soup bread bowl, he called me and said «they’re up to their same shenanigans again, no bread bowls» it’s panera BREAD… why are they out of bread? That should never happen. You know if this place has always been superb, and never screwed up an order I wouldn’t be so upset. But we have actually had to talk to the manager more than once and drive back to get food we didn’t receive in our placed order. Way to start out your new year Panera, by having no BREAD… so dissapointed

Food is great, but, like all Panera’s, pretty expensive for what you get. My problem with this location: inside: people taking your order are very kind, smiling. When you pick up your order, no one looks at you, no thank you, just talking among themselves.
Drive-​thru: Every single order, and I stop A LOT, is missing at least one item, usually more. Today, ordered two kids meals, turkey flatbread with extra cranberry, two yogurts with the kids meal, squash ravioli. Order: missing one yogurt and flatbread had a tiny smear of red cranberry mustardo. I told the girl at the window that I asked for extra cranberry. She brought me a plastic cup with approx one teaspoon… seriously, not exaggerating. Barely made a layer in the bottom of the tiny cup. For the prices Panera charges, I would hardly think they would go bankrupt adding a little more. Last time: missing two cookies and rhubarb cake. Taking order into work time before: missing brownie, two cookies and bag of chips. You have to really take the time and look through your entire order to make sure you got everything. Don’t ask for butter on the side… you will never get it.
This Panera is very convenient for me, but the Maumee Panera is better in every respect.

This place was very busy at the time I went in due to the fact that it was lunch time. Because of this, I couldn’t really say if the staff was friendly enough or not since they were rushing everyone through. What I can say is that when my order was ready no one called my name or even said thank you or anything at all. My pager just went off and I grabbed my tray since I was the only one waiting at the time I figured it was mine. Then the food itself was a mess. The sandwich was slopped together, I had to take it all apart and put it back together so I could actually enjoy it and my cup of soup was barely even full. The soup wasn’t even filled to the halfway point in the bowl. I mean, if I am paying $ 10 for half a sandwich and half a bowl of soup I would like to of at least got what I paid for but not even that. I left still a little hungry. Only gave it three stars because it is Panera bread and regardless, it was still good.

A drive through now? Wow. Well I love studying at panera, catching up with friends here, the fireplace is nice. Tasty pastries, fine coffee. No complaints really. My favorites continue to be the strawberry poppyseed salad (summer only), wild blueberry scone, and cinnamon crunch bagel. You can’t go wrong with any of those!

Crazy busy as always. This is my new go to restaurant when I travel for the healthy choices.
This is not a get stuffed full place but a nice lunch meal that does not make you nod off in the afternoon.

Great management. A step up from other Panera’s in the area.
I’d only give other Panera locations 3 – 4, stars but the manager here goes the extra mile in making his customers happy. He overheard me comment to my husband that the salad had too much dressing, and had another one brought to me with dressing on the side. Now THAT is paying attention to your customers!

They sell atmosphere here more than they do food.

Panera is one of the best, if not the best, place to eat in the area. Always fresh food, very consistent, and great quality. The reviewer’s comment from earlier about not being filled up — perhaps he should go pig out at an all-​you-​can-​eat cheap smörgåsbord. I hope I do not see him at Panera.

The food is good for women and kids, it leaves a man’s appetite wanting. It reminded me of a French restaurant, an hour after I left, I was hungry again! Extremely over priced for what you get.

Great bread, if you want a good bread bowl, this is your place! Also try the hazelnut cream cheese.
