Decent selection, but the service is too pushy and unfriendly. I felt as if they weren’t listening to me, despite my requests they kept pushing different pieces they had in stock.

When I went into David Fairclough, all of the attendants, including Mr. Fairclough were helping other customers. I didn’t mind waiting. I had been waiting for at least fifteen minutes and not one person addressed me. Then, a young man entered the store. From what I overheard, he was looking for an engagement ring for his fiancé. Mr. Fairclough stopped what he was doing, passed me without any acknowledgment, and began waiting on him. It was then that I left and will never go back. Pretty jewelry, not good customer relation skills. These skills are usually learned from the top.

What a wonderful experience I had while shopping for the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé. When I started shopping for the perfect ring I knew a little bit about finding quality diamonds(4 C’s). I was looking for something a bit unusual an Old European Cut. David Fairclough’s was able to not only find me the perfect(VVS2) diamond, but it was exactly what I was looking for. They were wonderful through the whole process and I know I have found the jeweler that we will use for every purchase. I recommend them 100% to anyone that wants a personal and knowledgeable jeweler!
