I love the pizza. They always make my food perfect the crust toppers are amazing. There bread sticks are not the best but the pizzas are awesome.

This review does not reflect the taste of HH’s as a whole, but rather the«service» at this location. HH has online ordering which requires that users make an account and be matched to a store based on location. I did this, was matched, and selected the«order online» option. I placed my order(by credit card) and waited the estimated 40 minutes. At the one hour mark I called the store to ask if there was a problem, although I assumed that they would have called me if there was one(since, like I said, I had made an account). The person who answered told me that he had tried to call me(my phone never rang) to tell me that my order could not be delivered because it was out of the delivery area. Now, this would not be an issue if this were all he had said. Instead, he began talking to me in a scolding tone of voice, telling me that this was the third time that I had attempted to order online and the third time I had been told I could not. This made no sense to me because if I hadn’t been able to order the first time, why would I have tried a second and a third, and then sat waiting for an hour? I told him that there must be some mistake and that I had been matched to his store from the website after I had made an account(not being from the area myself, I, to this day, have no idea where this store is in relation to my apartment). He began energetically arguing with me, clearly trying to shame me for what? For ordering a pizza? I told him that he was being ridiculous and that this was the worst service I had ever received, then I hung up and wrote a complaint to corporate on the website, requesting that they contact me about this… I never heard back. So. My complaint is specifically with the service at this location, but also, more generally, with the way that corporate treats their customers and designs their website.
