There is rarely a wait in the drive through, but when you get up to the window, after paying, there is a very long wait to get your food. I’m not sure what the problem is, but it has happened multiple times. This location is convenient for the few times a year that we get fast food which is why we keep going back, but the wait time is way too long for a «fast» food restaurant. Once the food is ready, the employees do not acknowledge nor apologize for the wait. Unprofessional and rude in my opinion.
